Products are definitely overpriced compared to other shops nearby, and worst of the shopping experience there is always the same very grumpy looking young man! Such an unpleasant feeling having to ask him for anything or even just bad enough paying for my purchase.....he needs therapy or something because his negative vibes radiate hard Smh

Yep, should have read the reviews before coming to this store. Expensive, I can understand that sometimes, but do good service. Dude behind the counter was not friendly at all. I asked for a specific vape and he gave me a different one. I told him I wanted that flavor and he said they were the same. Come on now, give the customer what they want. He was not happy he had to turn around and get me the one I wanted. I will never come back to this store. Expensive and I was treated like I was stupid and didn't know what I wanted. I wasn't asking for you to pick me a flavor. Lesson of the day, read reviews before doing business.

I travel a lot for work and I have been to so many vape shops across the country andInternationally . This is by far the best shop I have ever been in! The inventory is out standing! They have pretty much every flavor of vape I can imagine! His like a candy stone’If something I want is out of stock I ask the owner and it is here within days! 10/10 will recommend!

Maybe your business would be doing a little bit better if you didn’t have azzholes working behind your counter!! Walked in and greet it with a very rude and ignorant person behind the counter. And walked right back out. And just looking at the couple prices I saw!! Way over!! go check out the store, Elevated you might learn how to run a smoke shop by watching them

WORST STORE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Bought a vape and it broke within 24hrs. owner refused to trade out for different one and refused to give me my money back. do not do business with these shady people.

This may be one of the best smoke shops ever, I had the pleasure of being serviced by an amazing worker by the name of Luis he tended to me quickly and efficiently, I was out the door just as quick as I came in! The store also has an outstanding selection to choose from, I was having a hard time wondering which one to pick! Had it not been for such an approachable demeanor of the employee and the various selections of vape products they have I wouldn't have stopped in to make a purchase!

I have never been in and out of a vape store so quickly. They have EVERYTHING in stock you can imagine. The Gentleman at the front who i called had everything ready for me at the register by the time I got there. They open early which is good because I go before work. Not sure I will be going to any Vape Shop besides this place for a while.

I typically order all of my vape supplies online but with this new signature fee, I decided to go to a brick and mortar store when I needed coils. This was the closest place. I walk in and there’s a gentleman sitting behind the counter. He says absolutely nothing to me when I walked in and there is nobody else in the store. I asked if he has RPM 4 coils. He proceeds to look through all the coils and after a while it was clear he had no idea what he was looking for. I told him it should be the 0.23. He couldn’t find any. I thought perhaps another RPM one would work so I picked one out and purchased it. I went out to my car and tried it in my pod and it doesn’t fit. I go back inside and explain that it doesn’t fit. We attempt to find one that will fit. Meanwhile, another customer walks in with a specific request for a liquid. He helped the customer but the whole time the friendly customer is thanking him for his help and the worker said absolutely nothing back to him. Going back to my coil dilemma, we decide that they just don’t have the right coils and I ask for a refund. His response is that I’ll need to find an item of equal value to exchange as he’s not allowed to give cash out of the drawer. I asked him if he could just refund it to the credit card I used and his response is no, I don’t know how to do that. So, I walked out with a bottle of liquid I didn’t even need and I lost $2 on the deal. Wth is going on here? Has Covid become the excuse for everything? Are there no standards anymore? Sorely disappointed and will not be back.

They sell fake and malfunctioning vapes. I went in and purchased 2 Supreme vapes as I usually do. When I went to use them they were defective and wouldn't shut down after use ( after looking into this malfunction I found this is usually when they blow up in your face) i immediately went to exchange and they refuse to replace them.. BUYER BEWARE hope this helps and prevents you from wasting $40 bucks for garbage.
