Verizon wireless cancelled my payment agreement because their employee made a mistake and now reported me to the credit bureau. I’ve tried calling multiple times and no one will talk to me, they just keep saying I have to Talk to the credit agency. However the credit agency tells me I have to speak to Verizon. I’m currently at a Verizon store and the store manager is very nice and understanding. She called financial services for me but they are telling me there is nothing they can do. I would like to be contacted by someone in Verizon who can pull the phone recording of the verbal agreement that was made by myself and Verizon and have this matter resolved without having to contact an attorney.-Jessica Hedrick

The employees of this store like to say no to you before you even finish what you're saying and then they end up doing it anyways this is the. Climate we work in and live in if you have an appointment it really doesn't matter. They'll say nobody the minute you walk in the door probably will never go back to that verizon

Don't talk to the fat guy with the lisp. Literally useless. He could not help or answer any one of my questions and told me to call customer support. They said he should have easily been able to help me, and unjustly refused me service. Don't understand how they can have employees in here that are worse than used car salesman.

I got a new phone for my husband, he only uses it to call and occasionally texts. all was ok. I had to get a new one because the 12 pro lasted only a year, due to no fault of my own. $ 990 wasted. Apple Store was no help with the speaker issue and the brown tint I got when taking photos.No matter the settings they tried at Apple worked. declined a new phone.so, I got the new 14 max pro.At Verizon store, I gave the guy my apple ID and password, asked him to ensure everything is uploaded to the cloud from my old phone, etc.got the phone, went home, half of my apps never came back and half of my contacts were missing.this has never happened before!Went back the next day, sorry, another employee said! I always made sure, all my apps, contacts, texts, emails etc is saved on the cloud!I had a horrible time uploading 2FA Authenticator app because he never told me, it needs to be moved over with the code.He just wanted to make quickly $ 1600. I will never get another phone from this store!I will get a Samsung next or an old flip phone. Apple will no longer make money with me and neither will Verizon.

They are just great attentive and nice. Alex was great to work with- he was patient , knowledgeable and nice. I definitely recommend this place.

Verizon cellular coverage is good. Customer service in the Boynton store is polite and friendly. Customer service after you have signed up is terrible!! Billing errors are slow to get corrected and over billing seems to be a common Verizon practice. Good luck getting a live person on the phone to resolve your issues as their automated system just routes you into the digital assistant which can’t sole actual problems. My Sales person in Boynton store told me to not call Verizon customer service and just call him with my issues. Now he won’t return my text messages or follow up with answers to my billing issues that have been going for for 5 billing cycles. Worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered.My advice to everyone looking for an amazing customer service experience is T-Mobile, which is where I was and where my 5 line business account will be as soon as possible!

I am not a customer and was calling for my business. Even the local numbers will not connect you to a store. What is the sense of a phone company not having telephones in their stores? The automated system is ridiculous.
