The eye doctor here is excellent and writes my prescriptions for me but I would never buy glasses here. The attendant who “assisted” me at Vision works was so incredibly rude I asked for my prescription back and left immediately.

Perfect initial call for appointment. Beautiful office and very friendly staff. Had my exam and tests with zero wait time. Optometric Physician Aaron Mallie was friendly, funny and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend Dr Mallie without hesitation. If you’re tired of terrible and uninspired medical attention, call for an appointment!

I always have great help and support at this location every time I go there to get glasses and adjustments. The Manager and the team there are wonderful. Doctor Mallie is Awesome been seeing him for 4 years now.

Employees not able to acknowledge or answer questions if they are assisting another customer. Looked around for a bit and left - waste of time.

First the prescription was off, then the focal distance on the lenses were skewed. Went back and no help. Went elsewhere and it was sorted out. To add insult to injury, I told them I had no insurance to use and paid over $400 for exam and glasses. THEN Medicare send me a note that 5 procedures were submitted to them , which i never had, nor gave them ANY " insurance info.! Something is SO off about all of this.

The staff especially Mr. Bobby was amazing!
The associates were all very helpful and as you were there you felt the teamwork that obviously exists.. I love my new home with Vision Works !

Vision works was very friendly receptive and helpful. I did not wait a long time and I saw the doctor who was fabulous. I would go back to them whenever needed and highly recommend them.
