This only applies to the liquor store. Main store is fine, I can’t blame them for being understaffed.
I went to the liquor store on Thursday, March 13, in the morning. I asked the cashier if they had a certain brand of rum, which I’m getting as a gift. She’s talking on the phone, doesn’t even look up, and says, “If it’s not on the shelf, we don’t have it.”
Awesome customer service. Truly. Great first impression on a potential customer. I won’t be back!

Zero stars. Waited 3.5 hrs for an automated message that they were out of prescription. Waited more than 25min on hold to talk to staff and then got hung up on.

Extremely poor customer service at this pharmacy – AVOID at all costs!!!!!!! ZERO STARS.
The pharmacists here are unprofessional, and I’ve had multiple instances where one literally screamed at me because they disagreed with how my doctor prescribed my medication. This happens month after month, and it’s beyond frustrating. As a pharmacist, you should know that you're in a customer-facing role and be prepared to handle these situations with respect and professionalism.
I receive notifications that my prescription is ready, but when I show up, it’s not. The pharmacist gets upset with me for showing up, but doesn’t offer any clear timeline for when it will actually be available.
And if I call for help or have questions, forget it—I'm left on hold for 30 minutes to over an hour. This has been a consistently negative experience, and I can’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!!!!

This location is the WORST. I was hung up on 4 times trying to refill a prescription that was originally filled at another location. CVS here I come!!!

I used to have great experiences at this location when stopping by there, but lately the service at the cashier has been very bad.
Earlier tonight, on this gorgeous February 27th, I stopped there to get a treat after my important meetings.
The cashier was purposely making weird expressions hinting that he hates his job. He was so rude. This needs to be brought to attention. ...

ABSOLUTELY WORST pharmacy and customer service ever. I needed to pick up medication for my sick son and myself. The online chat did not have his prescription (although the pediatrician confirmed that his order was provided to this Walgreens), so I spent 4 hours calling the pharmacy to confirm prescription received. No answer. I went to the pharmacy and they had my prescription but not my son’s. I asked why no one was answering the phone - Robert at the pharmacy desk said “they are busy.” The store was empty, no phones ringing and pharmacists laughing and mulling around.
DO NOT GO HERE if you need your medication quickly!! I’m definitely calling corporate. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but hoping this helps someone deter them from getting their vital prescriptions at this Walgreens.

I have never been treated so poorly by your pharmacist Karly in any Walgreens in my life. I called at 5 pm to check the status of 2 of my prescriptions just to make sure they are available for pickup, I am told they will be ready in 2 hours after 7 pm. I arrive there at 7:30 and am told i cannot pick them up today one is available on December 5 and the other the 7th. Which was the reason i called in the first place to make sure I don't waste my time and drive there for no reason. I begin to walk out of the store when I receive a text saying one of my scripts is ready and then get the Walgreens phone call saying the script is ready. Confused, I walk back to the pharmacy wait in like again and ask a different employee what's going on since I'm getting a text saying that its ready. Before the employee has time to answer the pharmacist Karly SCREAMS loudly from about 15 feet away and says SIR SHE JUST EXPLAINED TO YOU THAT YOUR SCRIPTS ARE NOT READY YET. Which first of all this employee was not the same employee so she did not just explain that to me and all I was coming back to discuss was why I was getting texts and voicemails stating that my script was ready. I asked her why she was being so rude and her answer was " I am simply stating a fact". First of all you do not state facts from 15 feet away in a loud condescending tone. This behavior to me is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable when I took every measure to make sure I wasn't making the trip there for no reason. Let alone be yelled at for asking a question. You need to seriously reevaluate this woman's stability to work in this field, she is clearly unhinged when a confused customer cannot ask simple questions to her staff.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. There is always something wrong with this pharmacy and they are horrible at communicating. Recently I received the wrong amount of my prescription…dispensed by them, and they told me there is nothing they can do for me and now I have to call my insurance to get an override on the prescription because they messed up. If I am unable to get an override I risk missing my medication for a week or having to pay $300 out of pocket. Another time, I was told by one of the pharmacist that they would fill my prescription for me when I had called it in, I waited a couple days to give them some time. I called back and they told me they couldn’t refill the prescription because it needs to be approved by my doctor. Tell me why wouldn’t they communicate that to me the first time I asked for it to be refilled rather than waiting for me to call them to check on my prescription a few days later! Poor communication and bad service every-time I have to renew my prescription there.

My experience with this pharmacy team had been OUTSTANDING since the last six months when I moved to this community. The team are courteous, patient and ALWAYS willing to help with the best attitude. I have given them difficult tasks due my healthy issues lately and my schedules for work and they always find the way to work around and to get my prescriptions faster, if they don’t have it they found it for me!!! Guys you’re incredible, Robert thank you so much for your support tonight and for your kind attitude!!!

My husband has been taking two medications. One is an anti depressant and the other one was a pill to help him sleep. I have been giving an hour apart. Suddenly my husband started acting strange. He was having episodes where he was confused and didn’t know where he was , or who I was. One day I went to pick up the antidepressant and the tech was ringing me up and looked puzzled. Ahmad (pharmacist) said “it is ok. It just has to be given 6 hours apart from the pill for sleep. Then when I needed the pill for sleep, the other pharmacist asked me if I was monitoring the time frame. Since I had not been giving them 6 hrs apart, I thought maybe they were working against the other. I figured this was a good sign now. TWO pharmacists now saying the same thing. I went home, took my husband off the antidepressant, and he no longer has those awful episodes anymore. Thanks to Ahmad and the other pharmacist my husband is back to his normal routine. no more episodes. Thank you Ahmad. I have my husband back.

The actual store and workers great.. the one star is for the PHARMACY! They don’t like their jobs it’s obvious how they treat the patients. They have no manners are outright rude. They claim they are helping you when in reality it is a chore for them. They in return will walk away and hang up on you because they don’t like the tone given back to them they give you. The female pharmacist and the tall female tech ARE THE WORST!!!!!

Wow is all of have to say. One of there pharmacists, left me with no answers and made me feel like they didn’t care and couldn’t answer general questions. They hung up on me several times, “ I’ve got other things I need to attend to” I was told by their pharmacist A.E. Over never been treated like this ever
