Almost impossible to get a hold of this place. Over 30 minute hold times and no one ever comes to the phone from the pharmacy. I've called them about 5 times today alone and still can not talk to anyone from the pharmacy. There are not even other callers ahead of me.

Hands down worst customer service I have ever dealt with at any pharmacy I have been to in the country.
Not only are they unnecessarily rude. But when I changed insurances with work, they never told me that my prescriptions were not covered anymore for MONTHS! They just started using good rx pricing. Until one prescription came back really expensive and asked what was going on. When I asked why they never told me, they said they didn’t know they had to!? Like… why wouldn’t you?!!! Now I will only use CVS. Wish I’d known sooner… they also have better customer service.

Avoid this one if you can while Max is working. There were 8 people in line on Saturday 9/14/24 6:30 pm and Max was super slow. I mean he could not congnate what customers were asking. Go to the one on woolbright and military. They are much faster and have more people working.

I was picking up a large photo order and other grocery items so my bill was very high!! I asked if there were any discounts but unfortunately I was meant to submit a promo code online before placing my order?! ?
Fortunately Josh came up to the register and offered me a small discount to help me out! That was so awesome and I really appreciated that! Joshua was extremely helpful, kind, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond!
Max, the cashier was very hard-working, helpful, kind and patient!! I was at the counter 10min??

As I have read so many of the negative reviews, I agree with them. Forty minute wait, rude and careless pharmacy cashiers make this a consistently terrible place to due business.

Really bad customer service
I was here with my daughter for a passport picture wait in line she told me to wait until line over so I was kinda ok with it then line never stop so I asked please I have to go to this line never goin to stop
I even spoke to the store manager he said to still wait everyone kept leaving and more coming, and I'm still there with no service no help

This is the worst every time I go there’s a problem they don’t have enough cashiers!! The cashier was getting so frustrated because he kept calling the manager to come up front to help because there was a long line and he never even showed up. The pharmacy is even worse horrible they didn’t even run my brothers insurance and they made me pay out-of-pocket when his insurance covered it. They don’t even know what they’re doing. They should all be fired and get a whole new crew literally

Went in for a photo. No one could do it. The ladies were rude. The one lady that tried to do it didn’t know how to operate the cámara or how to charge it.

The lady took my prescription at 2:00 p.m. and told me to come back after 4:30 PM. When I went to pick my medicine up another lady told me it was out of stock. So I wasted 2.5 hours for nothing. Luckily I was able to refill my medicine at Walmart. I won't go back this place.

Having customers wait for service for forty minutes at the drive up window or in the store is not the way to keep customers. The attitude of the over worked employees is not pleasant and makes it difficult to keep using this Walgreens location.
