can take days to get a script refilled. They say after 3pm but no. They then say tomorrow morning but no. Then they say don't worry we'll call but they don't. This was for PAIN MEDS after surgery.
People are ok. Maybe they are understaffed? I always assume a 2 day turnaround for any script.

The pharmacist named Anthony at this location has no care or concern for the wellbeing of his patients. The pharmacy operator also refused to provide a full name of the pharmacist that is dispensing the medication. He refused to fill a prescription that was requested by the doctor and the patient because it is also available over the counter, even though insurance would cover the RX version. He demanded for a contagious person to come into the store to purchase the over the counter item. As frustrating as this was, I was mindful and expressed it was frustrating in a calm, pleading way, and stated that I really would prefer for the prescription to be filled. He then said, while rolling his eyes, “Come back in 30 minutes and maybe I’ll have it for you” then hung up. (I was in the drive through and he spoke through the phone). The majority of the staff there is very kind and helpful. This is my first encounter with this pharmacist and I will not be going back as a result.

Pharmacy review only -I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for no less than 10 years. Used to be amazing but WOW. Has the quality of customer service at this location gone downhill. I have constant issues with trying to get refills and them just denying requests with no notification . Their app doesn’t work properly, the staff is ruder than rude. My meds will either be ready or delayed and I don’t get notified. It’s been a nightmare. Then last night 11/16/24 my meds were ready for pickup, I got NO notification. I went in the app to find it was ready, didn’t realize the pharmacy closes at 6pm. I live 0.5 miles up the road and asked them to hold my med as I was 2 mins away. The lovely gentlemen who was working the closing shift grabbed the phone 5 mins before closing and said we’re closed now go somewhere else and hung up on me. What a wonderful way to treat your sick clients. Sir, I hope if you or your family get the flu or Covid this holiday season, someone treats you with a little more kindness then you treated me.

I stopped going to this particular Walgreens. Every time I went, I was approached by a what appears to be a healthy man on a bicycle asking for money for cigarettes and liquor. This has happened probably 5 times in the last 30 days.

I needed to deposit money for a bill due immediately and they were supposed to be open until midnight well I got here at 11:55. And they were closed and locked up and empty….,

I've Been Going To This Wallgreens/ Location For 21' Years. The Pharmacy Staff Can Be Very/Rude, Even The Pharmacy Mgr. But I Trust Them, So Latley Customer-*-Service, Has Been Alot Better. Treat people, The Way You Want To Be Treated/Yourself. Thanks

Please do not go to this pharmacy expecting any kindness, courtesy, empathy or professionalism from the staff. I have never in my life dealt with such an inept and more importantly less caring group of people whose job it is to be a part of the healthcare team of their customers. Perhaps they have forgotten that is in fact their job, but i doubt it. It seems they simply do not care, and they accept zero responsibility for their actions (or lack thereof). If you have any alternative I'd highly encourage you to go elsewhere!

Good morningOnce again I went to Walgreens and this time I tried to buy a simple pack of cigarettes.The lady at the checkout asked for my ID and I gave her my driver's license. She then told me that there was no date of birth on it, I am 65 years old and I look exactly 65 years old!This is not the first time I have bought cigarettes from this store and they have never asked me for ID and never anywhere in America have they refused my driver’s license as a form of document. This lady really has a problem, it's not the first time she's been rude to me. I went to Publix and bought the cigarette without any problems and they didn't ask me for any ID as usual.This lady is a very unfriendly person. The pharmacy is trash! They are all rude and they treat people as if they don’t know anything! I will be calling and speaking to someone about how they handle customer service because how they speak to people is absolutely disgusting! Extremely rude pharmacy! If I could give zero stars!

Conveniently located. Really accessible parking for both handicapped and non-handicaped. Plenty of free parking. Convenient store hours. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful employees. Great for convenient food items, pharmacy items, hygiene items. Prices are very fair. Always clean.

I arrived at 11:58PM and it’s supposed to close at 12AM which means doors lock at midnight and there was a lady at the door saying they are “shutting down registers” if Walgreens plans on shutting down prior to midnight then please kindly update your hours online and posts on your door. That is unacceptable.
