The worst experience of my life! Waited 25 minutes in the drive through line to then go inside the store and wait another 20 minutes. The slowest and worst service I have ever seen in my life absolutely disgusting!

Try calling the pharmacy with a question that the VM queen cannot answer. They transfer your call to live person who continuously puts you on HOLD!!!

Ava was so helpful. She took the time to put in 13 prescription coupons for my 93 year old grandmother all while helping other customers that walked up and called in...and with a smile on her face the entire time. She's the reason we use Walgreens Pharmacy and we look forward to seeing her! She is an absolute asset to your team.

placed my order online to have a 16x20 poster made ... received a pickup time .. went to this store for them to tell me there printer is not working... mind you the store on South jog photo printer also does not work for the last three months... The store manager at this location told me I can go elsewhere. We're not the only ones that do this. she also claims that her printer is not working as well. Isn't there an 800 number you can call for Walgreens for them to come out and fix all the crap in your store that doesn't work like your drive up teller microphone for the Rx Pharmacy like your photo printer, etc. I guess I just had a bad experience two times at two different Walgreens locations...listen shop at your own risk, I tried to warn you.

My prescription was sent in 48 hours ago ....I walked into Walgreens to the pickup window told them my name to be left waiting 5 minutes while they (ladies on staff)laughed about what horrible systems Walgreens has. Then to be told to have seat because they just got it to go through the insurance. I've lived and traveled all over our country this is a first that my insurance takes a while especially 2 days later Maybe Florida is different

Not even worth one star. This is store number 3546. The speaker box is broken at the drive through pharmacy and the staff won't accept that we can not hear them unless they talk through the drawer. Big company can't even fix that. I was yelled at today by a young pharm tech whose name is supposedly "Precious". She covered her identification then I was carelessly but finally, checked out by a pharmacist named Christine L who was just as rude. I have called corporate and filed a complaint, I encourage others to do so.

As a long term customer of this store for over twenty years I was shocked by the non service I received today. I have always gone there for my shots bypassing three other Walgreens stores because I was loyal to this store. At 9:10 this morning, stopping by to get my flu shot, the only customer in the store, the pharmacist with the blue hair, told me I needed to make an appointment. Not at that store. Hello Publix. Looks like you lost another customer.

The guy is the only one that is carry this Walgreens on his back. Might as well give him the other two money and let him run the place. Whenever I call he is the only one that help me right away and always respectful. The ladies are not nice at all. Strange!

This pharmacy is NOT up to standards. Went for a drive thru Covid quick test and NEVER received results for 3 days. Called the pharmacy the next day to see why no results and they needed to LOCATE the test/results and would call me back. NO CALL BACK / I tried calling again and the pharmacy NEVER responded to my call. NEVER even the courtesy to tell me they lost or cannot locate my test. SERIOUSLY.... this is a pharmacy. This is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE!! Would NEVER use this pharmacy again. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

I am aware that some pharmacies are far too understaffed for their RX volume and, of course, service suffers. Long hold times on the phone and waiting for prescriptions to be filled, though irritating, are understandable. HOWEVER...the absence of professionalism is astounding and in this case dangerous. I needed Paxlovid (the med for Covid + patients) readily on hand pending the results of a Covid test. My regular pharmacy doesn't carry it. On Saturday, I called Walgreens to make sure they had it in stock and was told "Yes", so my doctor phoned in the prescription for Paxlovid there. Well, they didn't have it in stock and couldn't answer when they would. Paxlovid is 90% effective at keeping you out of the hospital but it MUST be taken within FIVE days of symptoms appearing with a positive Covid test. A negative rapid antigen test should be followed up with a PCR test-the results in 24-48 hours. Five days from symptoms are now three days. Perhaps the Walgreens' tech that entered the prescription into the system wouldn't necessarily know the time restrictions (they should) but the pharmacist checking that entry definitely DOES know that. They should have, at the very least, called me right away that it was not available at that location. Instead, with the clock now ticking down, I had to scramble and locate the med elsewhere and have the order transferred-NOT what you want to do when you feel shitty and thought you had that base covered

Spent 1hr on the phone trying to get to a staff member at 8:15PM for a simple question. Also I think this Walgreens is well understaff but it shouldn’t take the whole day to fill a prescription. Provide training to the staff members while your at it cause they kinda lazy.
