Terrible service. Unfriendly. Refused to take back damaged merchandise. Claimed I purchased in a different Walmart.

One of the worst Walgreens, I have had to deal with. They actually gave me a wrong count of medicine and when I called the girl on the phone was rude with me and made me feel like I was lying to her. They say that a prescription will be ready on a certain day And it’s not. The staff is very unfriendly and rude and quite frankly inept. It’s so bad I travel 15 minutes out of my way just to get my prescriptions filled at another Walgreens.

The pharmacy staff is wonderful , they are helpful , professional and always a pleasure they will go above and beyond to assist you. I have known Fran, one of the pharmacists for many years and she never disappoints she will always do her best to answer questions and resolve any issues . I am very confident using this pharmacy .

Pharmacy did not have my full prescription even though I was alerted that they did. Normally Walgreens will alert me that they don’t have my full prescription. I would’ve just looked for a location that did so that I don’t have to waste my time finding out they don’t have it. The lady Selina helping me out was incompetent and took 20 minutes to get my information sorted and then once that was done, I was told to wait an additional 5 minutes for half of my prescription to be filled. I have spent 30 minutes at this Walgreens at this point waiting on HALF my prescription.

This Walgreens location (10951 S Jog Rd) has been unable to get my essential prescription for weeks now. Yet, twice, they notified me via text that it was ready. But after driving 25 miles there twice, it was NOT. This morning I attempted to check on it via their automated phone service and they have NO record of my phone# or prescription# !! Time for a change!

I bought multiple gift cards for employees this past weekend (Walgreens at Jog and Woolbright) and clearly, the Walgreens employee didn’t activate it. But, I paid for it so obviously, the employee is spending my $500 gift card. The manager at this location, Michael, was unwilling to help or try to activate the card and was also unwilling to acknowledge the employee stole my paid gift card!!! They are thieves and I would never shop here or give them my money again.

Worst pharmacy. Never have prescription ready always lying that prescription not due. Multiple trips...having to bring previous bottles to prove prescription is due. Lazy techs....computer always wrong. GO ELSEWHERE

I went to the pharmacy while visiting Boyton to fill up my prescription and Abby was nothing short of AMAZING. She greeted me with a warm smile and helped me with exactly what I needed helped with. I will definitely visit the same location again next time I am in town. Abby is a great asset to Walgreens. Thank you so very much for your help Abby.

Tracey was so helpful today trying to help me get a prescription. The pharmacist, Francine, tried to help as well. They were very nice.
