No one has been as amazing to me as Thamar. She has been absolutely great to me ! She assisted me with all of the questions that I had about my medicine. Hassan is the manager here and he treated me terrible. I have absolutely no interest in going back to this store, and it is because of him!

Chantelle in Labcorp is so awesome. Great customer service and compassion. I had to rush here 5 minutes until lunchtime for her; and was already late to work bc I was at a different Labcorp for an hour waiting and had to go. She literally went into her lunchtime to accommodate me. Thank you Chantelle. Bc of her, this will be the only one I always go to!

A suggestion to the person in charge of this store. Install self checkout here. I shouldnt have to wait 10 mins in line to check out. Its no wonder all of these locations are in trouble.

I just left the store. This store advertised CoQ10 for $3.59 with a yellow tag - save $32 or something like this. It looks like they changed the look of the bottle and the old ones were the ones on sale for this price. At the counter the old bottles kept the old price without the saving, I showed the sticker. The employee talked to the manager and the manager told me someone could have changed the sticker price. Prior to my selection, I read the sticker and confirmed this was the product. The manager then asked me if I wanted to pay full price, he will give me a free bottle. I refused the offer. I did not change the sticker and the store should have honor the sale. Today, they lost a customer. I can get it cheaper from Walmart...Too bad...to sad!

This Pharmacy is the worst! You wait your time on the queue it’s tell you how many people are ahead you wait like 20 min for your turn then it rings and rings they pick up put you back on hold they did this 4 x picked up the phone slammed it back on hold total of 40 min and they didn’t pick up! That’s disgusting customer service slamming the phone without checking on the patient

my mom scheduled vaccinations appointment for 1:00 pm and no other appointments we're waiting. They kept us waiting 40min. They don't follow their appointment schedule.

Truly some of the worst customer service and telephone service in a pharmacy that I have experienced. If you have another location that is close enough for you try not to come here it will be frustrating.
