Everything was new when this location was opened less than 2 years ago. Unfortunately this is not a well-maintained location as the both the the air pumps and gas pumps are constantly being vandalized and left broken. The floors inside are dirty. There's trash everywhere inside of the restrooms and there's ants crawling all over the coffee stations because they do not sanitize or treat accordingly.

So I hope Mr Wawa reads this. Went in tonight To Woolbright and Congress Wawa with my daughter home from college for Thanksgiving who wanted a milkshake. OMG the place was immaculate. The ice creambar was sparkling clean. Even the floors were shining. Inna was working tonight. She was polite and her station was crystal clean. I have never seen such a clean gas convenience area. WOW!!! Thats all I can say. The milkshake was amazing too! Inna needs to be recognized for her efforts.

Have frequented this location many times. It seems that the quality of the food is dependent upon who is working that shift, once found plastic wrapping in my bowl. Other than that very bad experience it is usually fairly clean for how busy it is since it’s right off i95. Their ice cream machine is often unavailable.

This is the third time I’ve stopped here in the last three weeks. Every time the coffee station is almost empty and when you ask the person behind the counter, you get a blink stare, and I don’t know. Today was even worse, I was told “ If you don’t see it, we ain’t got it”…
That was a manager of this facility. I would be embarrassed.

Usually good in most areas. The only recurring problem with the place for me is with the taste of the coffee. The dark roast is incredibly weak. Almost as if someone there has been trying to brew a pot with a used bag of coffee grinds.

Sometimes I'm always about making great awesome comments about places but I've had a couple of issues with this particular Wawa. Today I came into this particular Wawa to get my cup of ice and water and to get a burrito bowl which consists of half black beans half rice lettuce tomato onions and grilled chicken. I've gotten this bowl before from two other Wawa's one on 45th Street and one on hypoluxo by far hypoluxo Wawa is the bomb! Everything that I've always gotten from them has been amazing to the T the employees are awesome they take care of you. Today I encountered an issue that I've already had an issue with in this store with a cup of ice that clearly states on the machine that it is a complimentary cup of ice with a purchase of a drink but I figured since I was going to be purchasing a food bowl that they wouldn't say anything like they usually don't say anything about. The lady at the counter was very nice she explained to me why they were doing that and all that good stuff understood. As I proceeded to go pick up my bowl and I received it the ball had basically no grilled chicken except for four pieces extremely minimal lettuce no onions except for maybe five and a couple of red diced tomatoes. I went up to the gentleman that made the ball and I said I know that that bowl doesn't look anything like the bowl that you guys have advertised can you at least put some onions extra onions and a little bit more red diced tomatoes cuz I didn't even look at the chicken until afterwards. This is absolutely uncalled for I'm going to try to load a picture of the bowl you guys tell me what you think! Keep in mind according to the gentleman he added a couple of extra onions and a couple of extra diced tomatoes and I did go back to the counter and they gave me back my money but the lady let me keep the bowl.

Nasty every time I've been in there.
Each time I've been in they've been out of cups or lids, or both. The clerks don't seem to care and just say they don't have any. There's always been trash on the floor as well as spilled drinks on the counter.
On this visit, the bathroom was disgusting!
Apparently, the employees don't take pride in their workspace. Does management?

Went there today to get two hoagies. They told me you had no tomatoes how can you make a hoagie without tomatoes. I got home and they’re on whole wheat bread. I don’t like that either this is ridiculous I’m a Philly girl expect a hoagie to be a Philly hoagie
