I went to the Wells Fargo at 200 N Congress Ave in Boynton Beach. Bare in mind I have been a customer for 14 years. Tried to deposit a check and they were extremely dismissive, questioned me on the nature and purpose of the check, then told me to go sit down as they disappeared in back for several minutes. Eventually they came back out and started interrogating me again and said they would not deposit the check unless I told them the nature of the check and the purpose of the check. My personal matters are absolutely none of their business especially considering the manner in which they were questioning me. Also bare in mind that I was attempting to deposit the check into my Wells Fargo account. I was not cashing the check to take the money and run. I then said "ya know what I'm just gonna take my check and deposit it in a different bank." One of them then gave a little chuckle as I walked away with my check. So I took that check and had the money transferred from this other bank to my account at this same other bank.
Due to this rather unfortunate experience, the service I received, and the nature in which they questioned me, and then laughed, I will be closing my account soon and never doing business with Wells Fargo again. Id also like to add as I was walking out of the bank I texted the person from whom the check came from stating that the bank will not let me deposit it. The person from whom the money was coming from subsequently called this Wells Fargo branch and were also given a rude and dismissive attitude and were transferred around all to no avail. Furthermore when I got home I called the person who the check came from and the bank from which the funds would be coming from. No one from Wells Fargo called either of them. So I have no idea what they were doing in the back with the check after they told me to go sit down. But regardless I just had the funds basically transferred from the account at this other bank to my account at this same other bank and Wells Fargo will be losing out. Note to all who may read this, don't count on this bank for friendly service and smooth transactions. Find another bank. I'm just glad I never got any of my home loans here.

This writing is based on certain false opinions that I have seen about this Wells Fargo office and I see disturbing behavior in certain clients who attack the office staff.
Last week I was waiting in line to be served and I could see how a customer in front of me offended a cashier and showed her finger of her right hand in a obscene manner, in adition to taking a photo of her without her consent.I also understand that the use of cameras inside the bank offices is prohibited.
This attitude of theis client is very sensitive when it comes to this cashier who is one of thr most professional in the office, Sandra is very attentive and professional with all clients.
I have been coming to this branch for my financial operations for 5 years and I have only received good attention throughout this period, I have the best opinion of all the staff.

Sandra is nasty! She ALWAYS has an attitude when having to do her job as if she doesn’t get paid to do so, she was very rude to, very impatient, refused to help me cash my check because I wasn’t fast enough for her I’m assuming. She just kept huffing & puffing because I was trying to find my business debit card & then finally said to me “I cannot help you, you’ll have to see another teller” I wasn’t sure why, then she took the person behind me & made me wait to see another teller, while I’m waiting in the line she leaves the person she was assisting just to go to the branch manager & talk about me, the branch manager Nilli was not very professional, she laughed in my face, & when I told her what happened she cut me off to tell me she’s already aware of what’s going on & it’ll be fine, I told her it will be fine because I’m calling corporate, this isn’t right, the way they were treating me.. after me telling her I was calling corporate she got even nastier! Making side talk with the teller about me & laughing, I felt like I was being bullied. Sandra & Nilli are not nice people, Nilli as a branch manager you need to do better, your managerial skills need improvement. This location altogether needs improvement! Waiting times are ridiculous, inside or drive through!

Need smarter black staff I got done doing buisness then left 5 min later they call me and tell me I drop my cash app card when I come to get it and they tell me I need to have my id with me I showed them the cashapp app that had my card numbers and my name on it they said no they need to see my physical id first off this isn’t even a Wells Fargo card this a cash app card so ok number1. The camera show me dropping my card2. It been less than 5 min since I left3. Im showing my app which has my card numbers and my name on it that I drop4. I told I can show u a pic of my id5. If it drop out my pocket and you know it was me y would I show u my id to get it back that doesn’t make any sense that like buying sum out the corner store and and a man watch my soda drop and says need to see my id for me to get the soda6.Who else would have my cash app card numbers y would a random person just come and ask for my cash app card7.y would I drive back home to get a physical id when I just got done doing buisness

I have my account here with a big amount of saving money 3 times I came here , the last time the blonde Cuban girl cashier in charge to the drive Trough was so rude !!! Ask me a lot of questions when I give her at the beginning my ID and debit card , after 20 min I supposed to receive a phone code . Never send . Then my social security number then another ID , why many question to take of MY OWN Money?! At the end after a wasting time she doesn’t give my money, use improper language to my partner etc, NOW I have to go to another place waiting this time they have the correct way to treat their clients !

I was able to overcome a few issues with a safety deposit boxes. If you have two of them drilled at the same time they should give you some sort of 2 for 1 discount :)

Worst branch I’ve ever been to. Staff is rude and they don’t acknowledge or respect appointmentsEdit. Looking at the reviews it seems that this is the norm for this branch.The reviews here reflect the service I received.Disgusting.Edit 2 - Sanjay was able to help me out and it was a pleasure working with him.

Went to this location to obtain a notary. Waited 40 minutes for someone to tell me they were too busy and were already helping other costumers. Told me I would have to wait a couple hours. Go across the street to ups and it took me literally 3 minutes to complete. Super unprofessional & a waste of time. I don’t recommend going to this location.
