Awful experience. Gloria was extremely rude. Refused to allow me to get a cashiers check to pay my rent when I had the full amount of cash in hand, along with the fee. Gloria was so rude, embarrassed me, and all of this was unnecessary. Very condescending, unprofessional, and nasty. I have banked with Wells Fargo sine 2016 and have never in my life been treated the way I was treated just now. I now have to drive to PNC to get a cashiers check to pay my rent. Its a shame I can't get a cashiers check from the bank I have entrusted with my funds, wire transfers, and all my financial protection. Gloria if you see this, in the future you should treat people with kindness and respect regardless of the circumstance.

DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO!! It is extremely disappointing that I have both my personal and business accounts with Wells Fargo for over a decade and I am being given the runaround from them imagine how you will be treated as a new customer. Heres the situation my father passed away also a very long time client of WF. As his POA & executer of estate i went with all the documents to access his very small 4k account THAT IS ALL GOING TO CREDITORS BTW not me personally. They didn't believe the notary and made me go and have them fill out another form for "internal" WF policy. Fine filled it out still no access. Fast forward to after probate process now I have ORDERS FROM A JUDGE IN FLORIDA I have to pay medicaid and a nursing home the entire account brought the order to WF. You guessed right they didn't accept the orders and made me get original papers sealed so I did that and went back. GUESS WHAT THEY WANT ME TO GO BACK TO THE JUDGE AND ASK HIM TO PUT THE WORDS WELLS FARGO IN THE ORDERS. I have been there 6 times to try and get these orders fullfilled and now about to defy a judges orders because of YOU during a very difficult time. This story is still ongoing and I will be updating and posting more about this situation.

I have been working to increase my line of credit and apply for a personal loan with the assistance of Phedner Louis Jean. While the process had its challenges, Phedner made it very manageable and provided clear guidance every step of the way. He went above and beyond to ensure I understood each part of the process, offering reassurance and support. Remarkably, he even came into the branch on his day off to help with paperwork, which is truly exceptional service.

The manager came out to explain to me why I couldn't pull cash out of my account yet. Was very rude. Could not understand her. She had no patience to try and make sure I understood the situation. Very broken english. I've been with this bank for years. After my experience with her, I am considering switching my savings and checking account to a different bank. The front counter girl was a delight.

Janay is amazing!! Had an appointment at 2pm and took me right away super nice and funny helped me with my situation I was having! Thank you so very much!!! Just wanted to add that parking is a nightmare here I drove around for a solid 10 minutes until someone left so definitely leave early and give yourself time to park.

Wells Fargo may be the least helpful, most bureaucratic bank in America. Better customer service at the DMV. Involves a law firm account of 12 years standing, large sum of $$$ to be sent to client as result of settlement, request to increase limits on amount that can be wire transferred. Request made by phone, told required in-person visit. Signatory partner (P1) signed letter authorizing non-signatory partner (P2) to appear in person in his stead, as P1 is isolating due to COVID. Wells Fargo wouldn't allow P2 to make the request - it must be made in person by P1. P1 got on phone, explained must isolate, confirmed and reiterated signed request. [Request was to increase limits, not to actually send a wire transfer]. No. Asked for another solution - no. Anyone he can talk to? No. The two bank officers on speakerphone call with P1 were snickering, apparently found this amusing. Problem solved by moving all firm's bank accounts to a different bank.

Had to open an account with Wells Fargo today and it is the nicest Bank I have been dealing with, and the Team is on point with their requirements. This is the Rep that was great and informative as well.

so i been here twice and both times kerlly went out of her way to help me. she is a beautiful and helpful lady! i will recommend her to anybody anytime. as a matter of a fact every time i come here i only want her to assist me

Some here are helpful. Some, no idea what they're doing. Mainly though, DON'T bank with any Wells Fargo. There are many better options for banking that actually work with you and understand that we are ALL in mid-pandemic and some have been out of work (equals no income, so no outgo) and that if employed now, it's very part time hours and far less than is a livable wage. They Used to be good. Now they hit you with unreasonable minimum and high interest, and won't accept that A: you are in fact trying, and B: even making small good faith payments. They just want your money. If we were getting actual money from an emergency stimulus, I'd gladly put it towards the debt. But I'm already losing the friggin' paid for house, so I am at zero. And WF is fine with that. BANK ELSEWHERE!
