Made appointment to do the reconciliation of my checking account. The purpose was confirmed by email but when I got to the bank I was told that they don't provide that service anymore.

Worst experience ever. I am going to tell everyone I know to cancel their account and bank with a company that has customer service

This Wells fargo is the worst in boynton beach. If you are a minority, you will be waiting a lot, because they only prioritize white seniors that just walk in instead of waiting like everyone else. Go to the one in congress or in boynton beach blvd the managers and tellers are more approachable and hospitable.

I used to bank with Wells Fargo but couple of years ago while I was in the process of buying our home Wells Fargo screwed up our process and since than I closed all my account with them. Now I still have a credit card with them but never use it. So I rarely get an opportunity to go inside the branch but this week I had to make a payment and the organization had a Wells Fargo bank account so I went to the branch on jog and woolbright in boynton beach. Wells Fargo has apparently gone all green and paperless which I think is a great step on their behalf. Instead of filing out deposit slips you go to the bank teller let them know what you need to get done and they work on it instead of wasting paper and killing trees and spoiling the environment you get where I am going with it etc. So even in the case I don't like Wells Fargo personally it is a good bank and still gets 4 stars for getting the job done for most people.

My parents died this past summer. I was unaware that they had a safe deposit box with the Valencia Square, Boynton Beach, Florida branch. Since their death, first I, and now their lawyer, have been trying to gain access to the safe deposit box prior to having the contents mailed to me in Missouri. I went to a Kansas branch who, after consulting with Wells Fargo's legal department (the first time I called Wells Fargo customer service I was told that they do not have a legal department), told me what I needed to do to have the Florida branch open and send me the contents of the box. After doing as directed the Florida branch told me that they could not, legally, open the box for me. In order to facilitate the process, I asked my parents lawyer to intervene. My lawyer has now told me that the Florida branch has not been responsive to her queries; which have included having the documentation that the safe deposit box has gone through probate. At this point, the cost of the lawyer will likely exceed the value of what is in the safe deposit box.
