Walked in with an issue with my newly opened credit card. The lady sitting at front desk told me to try to call the 800 number, as if I was an idiot and didn't try that already. Before trying to explain my detail further to see if she could help me, she cut me off and told me to wait for a banker.
I waited an hour while another man before me waited half an hour more than me to get any service.
After having enough I walked up to a different front desk worker and they were willing to listen to me and not dismiss my claim or pass me on to someone else to deal with.
It was an issue that took me and some poor underpaid and overworked associate 10 minutes to work through.
I'm a patient man but when JUSTIN HOSFELD is the only banker that has put in ANY effort whatsoever into whatever issue I have, over the few times I've been there.
The one star is for the one in 7 employee at the branch that decides to help before passing the issue to another department in the same building.
There's something wrong with this branch's management when an associate banker is the only one willing to help the clients

Made appointment to do the reconciliation of my checking account. The purpose was confirmed by email but when I got to the bank I was told that they don't provide that service anymore.

Very bad customer service. I went to the drive thru lane to withdraw money and I waited a long time. I kept saying hello and no answer and when they finally came ,it was no explanation no apologies

No one picks up phone..6 calls. Sending security box bill to person on access list. Always a line, to get into box must wait on line and then get someone to help you...worst bank and customer service.

Not good, the bank is only open for drive-through and it's 1:00 p.m. on Friday.Apparently due to staffing? Always something at this branch.

They don’t have an ATM outside and when you go inside they ask you if you know that there’s a drive thru ATM .... so if you’re walking .... it’s your problem ..... first couple of times I went there and got horrible service I thought it’s maybe a coincidence..... turns out that’s the type of customer service they provide at the branch ..... you will be stared at like you’re there to beg for me money ..... zero courtesy ..... zero smiles or greetings ...... just extremely rude and uncomfortable staff ...... with the look of (what are you doing here) probably worse WF branch I’ve been to for a while ....... you would think the staff would be happy to have a job and grateful for the people who chose WF as a bank .... not really
