I have been to every carwash within 20 miles and this Zips consistently has broken and worn out equipment. On any given day half of the cloth is torn or missing on the mitters and blocked spray nozzles are the norm. Please update and maintain your equipment Zips. This store is a disaster.

This place has turned into a joke. When they first opened I purchased a monthly membership. Great wash, fresh towels, a free vacuum AND air hose at each parking lot. After a while the towels became minimal, the vacuums worked occasionally, and they removed the air! I cancelled my membership. The other night I took my wife's car out for a wash and decided to try Zips. I paid $24 for the medium wash that included wax and ceramic coating with a wheel wash. Well apparently the water wasn't working correctly and although we got PLENTY of soap, most was not washed off and car was soaking wet with suds once we got through. We pulled into a spot to find NO TOWELS AVAILABLE! Also, all the lights in the lot were off so we were working in the dark with our cell phone lights. I told the attendant there was no clean towels and he brought some out, only to realize once I started using them that they had some type of oily substance on them which just smeared all over the freshly washed vehicle. I Let him know that these towels had some oil on them and he told me that was normal. What a waste of money. Not only do I need to rewash my vehicle, I need to find a new place to do so. I highly recommend you find a different car wash to use.

I don’t understand why I am unable to get a receipt when I come here. The last two times I came I had to pay on an IPad with someone standing outside, I didn’t care for that because I was unable to see my options. I won’t be back.

This place has really gone downhill over the past couple years. I used to go here alot about 2 years ago when I lived in Boynton and it was ok. I was in the area recently so I stopped in, I sat at the gate for about 5 minutes while the guy is trying to upsell the customer in front of me, another attendant finally comes out and directs me to go to the member only lane. After the wash, I pull in for a vacuum, which is not working properly so I had to move to a better one. Then I see pink soap dripping down all over the sides of my car, like it didn't rinse off properly. The back of my car was still dirty yet soap was dripping there too. I went to get some rags to wipe everything off and noticed they don't provide spray bottles anymore, which was disappointing. I will not be stopping here ever again!

If you’re looking for a place to upgrade your car from “fully equipped” to “missing parts,” then boy, do I have the spot for you! Zips Car Wash not only managed to rip off my rear windshield wiper, but somehow my car also came out looking like it took a leisurely stroll through a dust storm.
When I politely mentioned the damage, the manager filled out a report for me and acted as if Zips car wash would make it right. However once hearing back from the online claims department, I was told there was a magical tiny sign at the entrance that apparently absolves them from all responsibility. Silly me for not bringing binoculars.
To top it off, they didn’t even refund my $30 — so now I’m proudly driving around with a dirty car and a missing wiper. Truly the full “Zips Experience.”
If you enjoy paying extra money for less car than you arrived with, this is the place for you!

Avoid This Place! Absolutely Horrible Experience Every Time!
Every single time I go to Zip Car Wash, it's the same nightmare. The wash never works properly—my car always comes out looking worse than when I came in! The staff? Terrible. They’re unhelpful, unprofessional, and clearly don’t care about doing their job. It’s infuriating that I keep giving this place a chance, but every time I leave, I regret it more. Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere. This place is a complete waste of time and money!

This place is the worst , I did the monthly washing promo because it’s close to my office and can wash as many times as I want . Every time I come something is broken , my truck comes out with soap still on it , today I went through soap didn’t even spray on truck before pads started scrubbing , and only comes out on half the car as half the sprayer is clogged . And the crazy thing is they know it doesn’t work , but still let cars go through with out saying anything and there is no one in charge on site to ever talk to , you talk to one of the kids working , they give you a couple of fresheners for your car , crazy . Canceling my subscription today !

First time at Zips and I’m extremely disappointed….. The exterior of my car is filthy from sitting in my parking garage for months without being driven. Upon entering the car wash I asked the attendant to spray my car down and he showed me a broken hose. What a waste of a car wash.

I recently visited Zips Car Wash on congress, I had an extremely disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I pulled in, the attendant’s aggressive demeanor was off-putting. Instead of a friendly greeting, I was met with a loud, impatient demand to park my car in a specific spot. It felt more like a drill sergeant than a customer service representative.
As I got out to clarify my service options, the attendant continued to be rude, interrupting me mid-sentence and making me feel unwelcome. I understand that a busy car wash can create pressure, but there’s no excuse for being outright disrespectful. When I asked about specific services, the attendant snapped at me, clearly annoyed by my questions.
The final straw was when I tried to use the kiosk to pay in order to avoid the rude attendant, just to have the attended swat my hand away and jump in front of the screen in order to charge me on their IPad. The screen asked $12.99 for a 1 time car wash, his screen was asking 18.99. A $6 difference in which I was confused and appalled. When I expressed my discomfort, he barked at me to “just leave then,” which only made me more anxious and prompted me to reverse and leave the property to never come back.
After this experience, I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I called their customer service line which was a 3rd party which did not help address the issue. I would not recommend any of the zips car wash’s to anyone. There are plenty of other car washes that provide better service and treat customers with respect. This place has lost my business for good, and I urge others to think twice before visiting. The last thing you want is to pay for a service and leave feeling worse than when you arrived.

Doesn't wash entire car or my last one. Said $15 for 3 months unlimited, they charged $25 and after first wash and showing them. They charged $25, total scam mostly the owner.
