Whoever the cashier was this morning 2/08 around 11:00-11:10 was RUDE! I was not greeted by either worker when I walked in , they just looked at me crazy . I stood at the register for a little before I had to get her attention to ring me up, when I did she had an attitude! FOR NO REASON! Very unfriendly unwelcoming and almost ruined my whole day. Don’t know why she was bothered but she should find another job if she can’t be kind to EVERYONE!

This 7/11 should be closed down I waited out side this morning for 15 minutes to a sign that said be right back just to be let in a 7 something to no ice coffee, machine leaking water all over the floor absolutely 0 hot food nor any one trying to make any just to also be refused sale of cigarettes for the first time in 5 years cuz I didn’t have a id

Very rude employee that works there, blonde ,tattoos, seems like she may be a manager. Acts annoyed when customers come in, slow to react to customers. I went in there one day to play lotto and she was sitting down behind the counter looking at her phone and she saw I had lotto to play and said lotto is not working so as I was leaving I looked at the lotto machine and it was on. If she is unhappy working there she should go work somewhere else. This happens 99% of the time I go there which isn't often anymore because of her.

Have been going to the location at 3332 Manatee Av W for 30 years. And for the past couple years they claim to "have no decaf," or "they are out of decaf," or they "don't have time to make decaf." And we go to that location twice daily. Well, no more!!! I'm going to 7407 Manatee Ave W. They always have decaf and if the pot is empty, they make a pot for you!!! That's customer service!!

This is how I got treated buy some guy who has been beyond rude to me. I walked in and went directly to the counter, asked for a pack of cigarettes and he aggressively demands I put my backpack by the front door. I have medical conditions so I have my rescue inhalers and Epi pen in there. Then he starts cussing at me with his manager standing next to him and kicks me out of the store for trying to buy a pack of cigarettes. I was 1 foot from the door. I never walked around the store with my backpack, only directly to the counter. Something needs to be done about this guy because he is very problematic and definitely not my first issue with him. As he flips me off for simply stating the reasons I needed my bag on me while the manager stood there allowing this.

Scruffy guy at the counter is inevitably constantly "counting his drawer" and can't take cash or sell lotto. Has happened every time I go here only with this specific guy. Went in again and he is counting his nickels on the counter, says nothing to me for two plus minutes and then finally says "ya it'll be a couple more minutes" and proceeds to finish counting his nickels for almost 5 minutes instead of simply pausing and checking me out with the literal one item I have to buy. Then I ask can I get a few quick pick lotto tix (knowing what the answer would be) and his response "no, unless you want to wait ten minutes". Terrible customer service only from this guy, all the other cashiers are friendly and courteous.

The service her by the clerk was absolutely uncalled for. She said she wasn’t comfortable on selling to us at 11am. Assuming that we were intoxicated. Because we are an upbeat talkative group. Held up the line of other people for my refund of the snacks I bought. Definitely would not be coming back here and will pass on the word around for her unprofessional behavior. Checking my bank transactions, she only paid me back the price of the ice without tax. So I got ripped off. Highly disappointed in this store’s associate.

This used to be a nice, clean store with friendly people working there, even had a home town feel. That was over ten years ago though, and on a recent visit, I saw how much that has changed. The employees looked so unhappy, and didn't even make eye contact. The store has a nasty smell, and is full of questionable fried foods that are likely the reason. Many fountain drink options were "out of order," and the music was really loud. (But good). Knowing the area, I'd suggest going West a few more blocks to Manatee Ave Market. It's so much nicer in every way.

This is a busy location. Every time I come in, there are people here. The line always moves quickly.It's pretty clean and always has what I come in for.Happy with my store. I use the app and use my points.It's a win win!
