Either undertrained staff or poor management. The night crew either doesn't know how to load money onto a prepaid card (A very easy transaction - just a scam) or the management hires staff and does not trust them with money... Whilst issuing them a drawer - poor management.

Bad service due to one employee who could not get his ego in check. Had to refund me multiple times but saying it was my fault. Not a good experience. This was during the hours of 2am-3am while I was trying to pick up a door dash order for delivery. Needless to say I lost that dash because of the amount of time he wasted arurging with me instead of resolving the problem.Doordash has been notified.

Waited 20 minutes in line, just to be told they only took cash when I finally got to the register. Inconsiderate and wasted my entire lunch break.

I don't know who the person is that owns this place but they're telling their employees to not sell alcohol after 2am when the law in Bradenton is 2:30pm. Be warned, if you a re short on time don't go here because they don't follow the law.
