Cashier was rude I had to use the bathroom really bad and my blood sugar was high so I had a bathroom accident outside the store and the cashier yelled at me because of it I have diabetes and couldn't hold my bladder I'm never going back there again

Rude. "Bathroom is closed". Lots of things out of stock. Dirty and run down. They had inventory stacked in front of the bathroom so I don't think they ever plan to reopen the bathroom.

The woman working here @ 10:05 am Thursday September 5, 2024 is so rude!!!!!! Telling me that I’m parking in a handicap parking space and I said I know I have a handicapped sticker! I won’t come here to this location again.

I took some time to rate this store, the manager is a young man who is very attentive, kind and concerned about always making you feel special, but there is a short lady who is disgusting when dealing with customers, she always gets upset if you always ask her for something. She is unwell for her job and above all she has a very bad smell of cigarettes permanently since we have seen her smoking on repeated occasions, it is not a problem that she smokes, it is that you must have adequate hygiene to treat clients, something that does not exist in her, and if she is smoking you have to wait for her to finish her cigarette for her to attend to you and if you call her she gets upset, people like that really don't deserve to work for the public, unfortunately it is a 7/11 that I use frequently because it is very close to my residence

my son was call from the manager of the store to work a part time he work last week nev 9 from 5 to 11 pm as trainig and now he send text to the lady and she dont answer she need to contact him and paid his time he work he is nice kids clean to be robe like that

1:50pm September 18Customer service is terrible.Every time I go to any 7eleven my bank card always has issues.Well today this lady was being rude and complaining about how she's got 10 minutes to clock out. And was being rude. Get better customer service reps. And please update your POS (point of sale)

The cashier lady black hair a little bit on the heavy side took my free fantasy 5 ticket... claimed that I never got anything from the meanwhile I handed her the ticket. Never going back to this 711 location ever again shes a thief

What an amazing trio of women up front working the morning shift today (05/20)! Me and my boyfriend are from Vegas and are on a vacation, we stopped in to grab some snacks and they were so kind and so fun! Never thought I would be so eager to post a review especially for 7/11 of all places! They put genuine smiles on our faces and gave some recommendations for a good Cuban sandwich!?

The lady cashier is probably the most rude we have ever encountered. Husband went in for a snack and drink. She watched him walk up to the counter, then turned her back and bagged cookies for a minute. Eventually turned back and just stared. Asked for an item behind the counter. She leaned over and slowly said "Weeeee Doooooo Nooooot Haaaaave Thaaaaaat". Was unbelievably rude and disrespectful to a traveling paying customer who supports 7 elevens all over quite often. This lady needs to be fired and not allowed to work any customer service position as she is clearly unable. Shame on you lady.

The lady at the register for the last month or so… I am guessing the owner pretends to have an accent, will overcharge you every time if you don’t watch her. During a hurricane too, shameful. Been going there for years never again.
