Super rude manager, has items falsey advertised as bogo, then doesn't honor the promotion advertised. I tried to show him where it said bogo on the box I grabbed the item from and in a very rude tone was tone "yeah I would know I'm the general manager" when I asked him if he honor either of the two promotions (bogo or 2 for 5) I was told "no. You don't have to buy it" the other female employee was nice but I won't continue to come here.

They are known for Price Gouging! Make sure you ask for a receipt because you-think you’re getting a DEAL until you see what you’re really paying. So pay attention definitely at this location!

“JayDee” refused to refund my money for a product I was not satisfied with , this store does not clean their slushee machine this is my 3rd time coming to get one and the COKE taste like GREEN APPLE it’s disgusting the service is even worse . I could’ve been offered a replacement drink if he was unable to refund my money and he couldn’t even do that . I don’t care if it’s 3$ or 3 Pennie’s if was your money you would’ve wanted me to respect it and that’s all I’m asking. The owner UPCHARGES on almost everything . A pack of grabba is 5$ anywhere else you go and he charges 11$ . Just overall bad business

The employee named Crystal used to seem cool until I saw her decide to basically Criticize a customer for letting her son buy "the most expensive bottle of water" So do I have to worry about purchases that only she approves of now?? Perhaps a harmless comment, but still doesn't seem like very good customer service..thanks again 7/11..

This is the worst 7-11 in a 30 mile radius I do Uber so trust me I know the bathroom is always blocked off cause they don't want to clean it the taco place isn't ever open on time usually a hour late at least sapose to be open at 5 but never are and the staff act like they are too good to work here I hate coming to this one ...if u don't want to work here and u think ur to good to work such a job u should get a different one but there not worth the the air they breathe so they will never find a better job cause they can't even do the one they have now what a shame don't come here u will be disappointed

i used to go into this store a lot well i USED to i STOPPED!! when i realized they are BOOSTING there mangers PROFIT for his/her sales!!! you go in and buy a lucky strike carton on cigarettes and they GRAB a single pack and scan it X10 it comes up $51.88 IF you catch them doing it you have to fight with them to SCAN!! the carton witch COMES UP $43.34 i have called corp office!!! who told me to start getting names!! and i had to email bank statements to get OVER CHARGING back!!!

7-11 is falling down in the rank of convenience stores. I think they just can't find good employees. The bathrooms are always closed at some stores or they are dirty. The store employees are not knowledgeable and don't how to load certain cards with money or just say that so they don't have to do it.

Keep charging me more than what the refill always is, this store charges me usually $2 cause it is the big gulp that is pretty much the super big gulp that I guess invested in.Every other 7/11 charges me for the correct refill price ... these guys scam you if you have any of there promotional big gulps, etc. ... not likely to go here anymore, bether are my friends.
