This is the worst 7-11 in a 30 mile radius I do Uber so trust me I know the bathroom is always blocked off cause they don't want to clean it the taco place isn't ever open on time usually a hour late at least sapose to be open at 5 but never are and the staff act like they are too good to work here I hate coming to this one ...if u don't want to work here and u think ur to good to work such a job u should get a different one but there not worth the the air they breathe so they will never find a better job cause they can't even do the one they have now what a shame don't come here u will be disappointed

i used to go into this store a lot well i USED to i STOPPED!! when i realized they are BOOSTING there mangers PROFIT for his/her sales!!! you go in and buy a lucky strike carton on cigarettes and they GRAB a single pack and scan it X10 it comes up $51.88 IF you catch them doing it you have to fight with them to SCAN!! the carton witch COMES UP $43.34 i have called corp office!!! who told me to start getting names!! and i had to email bank statements to get OVER CHARGING back!!!

7-11 is falling down in the rank of convenience stores. I think they just can't find good employees. The bathrooms are always closed at some stores or they are dirty. The store employees are not knowledgeable and don't how to load certain cards with money or just say that so they don't have to do it.

Keep charging me more than what the refill always is, this store charges me usually $2 cause it is the big gulp that is pretty much the super big gulp that I guess invested in.Every other 7/11 charges me for the correct refill price ... these guys scam you if you have any of there promotional big gulps, etc. ... not likely to go here anymore, bether are my friends.

I just watched the manager of this store outright demeaning one of his employees for requesting time off. He belittled her and called her worthless and said she'd never be worth anything.Is this really the type of business we should be supporting? One that will publicly shame and mock its employees?

I've gone to this store everyday for the past couple months now and until today I thought I found my new coffee spot. But when I addressed an issue I had with not getting my change from the cashier with very distinctive pink hair, I was treated and responded to as if I was just trying to get money out of them. Out of all the times I've come in and disregarded the fact that the manager has never actually been pleasant to me personally but is to other certain people, I've never complained about anything or been a bother to the staff. But when I came back in the second time this morning to refill my cash card and bring my issue politely to the manager, I was treated as a huge inconvenience. "I'LL LOOK INTO IT" was the only response I got after an awkward moment of silence when telling the manager directly about me paying a total of 20$ to a 10$ transaction and wasn't given any change. My fault for being in a rush I didn't realize until I was already back in my Uber and was unable to go back into the store at that time. As an employee in the service industry I do know and understand people do try to scam money or merchandise for no reason. But also as a consistent customer that spends money on a basis daily at that one location, I was extremely unimpressed at the lack of care or consideration my issue was given by the manager. Unless I am reimbursed somehow for that mistake ontop of the lack of service I experienced addressing the issue, I will not be returning to this store. Not that they care, but you don't disregard loyal customers when they confront you with an issue. They won't be loyal let alone a customer anymore.

Manager would rather harass customers instead of focusing on having the store cleaned up. Constantly dirty, overfilled garbages, coffee / condiment bar frequently littered and un-sanitary.

I will chalk it up to being new but the 7-Eleven on 15th and 63rd was a huge disappointment. I purchased a cheeseburger and 2 beef empanadas. First when I went to check out none of the credit card machines were working. Secondly once I got home and opened the burger the bun was badly burnt and after 2 bites I saw a long black hair hanging from the sandwich. Then the beef empanadas were not beef they were chicken sitting in the beef side of the mostly empty hot box. It was 11:15 and they were out of a lot of hot food and none of the rotisserie taquitos and buffalo chicken were finished and hot ready to purchase. The hair turned my stomach.

Went in with two scratch tickets to cash girl said they were already cashed call lottery they said they were cashed at this location went back and rude so called manager wouldn't give me my money ripped off buy girl working there have to file police report press charges scumbags

I walked in and I'm normally greeted but this time I wasn't, I went up to the counter and looked for a torch lighter, I didn't see any so I asked the older blonde lady if she sold any torch lighters and she said (very rude and with an attitude) "NO! we're not that kind of store!!" And I responded with "umm what does that mean not that kind of store?" And she said "we don't sell those kinds of things here!" Now I'm a Registered Nurse, I was in my regular clothes bc today is my day off but when I'm not in the front lines saving peoples lives I am an ARTIST/PAINTER and I have to use a torch lighter to pop air bubbles.... I felt very attached and judged... I won't be going back here again!! I will go out of my way until she's gone!
