Very busy the day I was there, so I opted to use the self check. Transaction was approved on the screen and then froze. The manager said I would need to pay at the regular register. I did and asked what happens if I was charged twice. She stated impossible. I was , in fact charged twice. When I went back to the store she refused to check her electronic journal or check the inventory. I asked for a corporate number and she gave me a number to another store's voicemail that did not take messages. I was angry that she refused to look and just kept repeating she was not paid. I definitely was not very nice or quiet. But neither was she. The rest of the staff is always very nice. I was told not to come back when I left. That will not be an issue, as I prefer to only pay once for the things I am purchasing.

William Turpins review is so accurate it's insane.
This bald headed grey bearded loser got so irritated I had grabbed my own 8 pack of chicken rollers. I brought them to the counter for him, and he started insulting me for doing it... Then refused to sell them to me, and threatened to call the cops on me. Anyways, it's right up the road from me and I was spending over $2000 a month here between gas, food, cigs, etc. But, I will never purchase anything from this location again. Especially after multiple bad reviews for the same terrible employee thats still employed.

Big, bright, and well-stocked. It's a gas station convenience store with no surprises. We didn't get overcharged, panhandled, molested, spit on, or any other nonsense. The staff were barely hanging onto consciousness at 6AM, but got the job done. I wasn't looking for a relationship, just a Coke and bag of chips. It went exactly as I expected.

This is one of the nicest 7-Elevens in Bradenton. It is very clean and well stocked, especially if you need snacks for the beach. I stop here all the time but on one of my recent trips they decided to shut down the registers and count the money. Why? 7 or 8 people ion line and one of the male employees was fighting with a female employee. He was just rude and there was no reason to talk to her like that, especially in front of customers who were waiting for them to finish their drama.

I've stopped here three different times over the past year for ice on the way to the beach. They are always completely out of ice. I find it comical that this 7-Eleven is brand new and directly on the path to the beach, but has a tiny ice freezer inside the store instead of a giant ice chest outside. Don't stop here if you want ice.

A Shockingly Poor Experience at 7-Eleven.I stopped by the 7-Eleven gas station and convenience store recently and was thoroughly disappointed by the experience. This location starkly contrasts a brand known for quick and efficient service.I was there mainly for a fuel fill-up and a quick snack — a hot dog and their freshly brewed coffee, which I've found satisfactory at other 7-Eleven locations. Sadly, this experience was not up to the mark.Firstly, the cleanliness, or lack thereof, was striking. The store's current state does not reflect the pristine conditions I've come to expect from newly opened businesses. It was as if I had entered a disarrayed mess rather than a convenience store — greasy surfaces and unkempt areas were the norm.However, what truly let me down was the lack of attention given to their supposed 'freshly brewed coffee'. To my surprise, all four coffee tanks were nearly empty, and not once did the staff seem concerned about refilling them. As if the unavailability of coffee wasn't bad enough, I found that the cream and milk available for use were utterly spoiled. This lack of basic quality control is alarming and reflects poorly on the management of this location.Overall, I had an extremely disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a quick snack or coffee to reconsider their choice if they're considering this 7-Eleven. I am hopeful that the management will note these issues and make a swift change for a better customer experience.
