0 Stars and hear me out! My wife has taken her cars to this place for the past 9 years. She has always trusted this place and was happy about the service. However under this new management, this place has seemingly dropped off the deep end. My wife dropped her car off Friday at AAMCO over the weekend and dropped the keys in the lockbox. Two weeks later we get a TOLL-by-PLATE in the mail with her car being driven all the way up in Tampa at 6 AM on a Sunday! When confronted, they tried to make up excuses and lie to her. We have a strong feeling one of the employees stole her car for a run. Never going back, stay away.

This place is AMAZING. I can not say enough good things. I had a horrible experience with another Aamco where I had paid so much money to get items fixed that were simply not fixed, and the owner here stepped in and stepped up. He was so professional and not only found time to fit us in. He fixed the issue while also explaining what he was doing, how the process works, and got my truck back up and running in no time. I would recommend this place to anyone and, in fact, have told friends. Thank you so much for all that you did!

Good communication, not many options for affordability. Transmission stopped working and paid $332 just for diagnostic. They offered financing with high interest and I'm still sitting on a car that won't move.

The new owners James are good people. I originally took my suburban to the aamco in Brandon that had horrible reviews but I still took my chances and paid $5700 to have my transmission rebuilt and after 2 weeks the transmission was not acting right so I decided to take it to Bradenton instead and James and his team had to completely rebuild my transmission they did a amazing job they didn't give me a hard time about it even though it was under warranty and they were fixing brandons screw up. If I need any work done to any of my vehicles in the future I will be taking it to james

I wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I was with AAMCO Transmissions! Jenn was not only extremely professional and informative during our conversations over the phone, but she was also very knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done, how long it would take, and a very accurate general estimate of what I could expect regarding costs. James, who I dealt with in person was extremely helpful, positive, and seemed to truly enjoy helping customers out! 5 stars all the way, and in the seven years I have lived in Florida, the very best mechanic shop I have done business with!!

My transmission was rebuilt by the previous owner. Had some continuing issues, but the new ownership immediately identified the problem quickly fixed it and returned my car ASAP. Thanks Luis for your quick help

Great experience with Manny and the whole team. Had the dealership recommend several repairs on our Jetta, so we decided to have the staff here take a look and get their recommendations. They looked it over and gave us their recommendations and they quoted us a very fair price and got the work done in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and took great care of us and the car.
