Not sure where to start. Situation: I placed an order online. A bottle of Kahlua, and it was $9.99 They charged my card, and I went to pick it up. At the pick-up at store #111 ; the salesman hands me a bag of kahlua coffee. Nope, that's not it; here's my order, and I showed him my email confirmation. (I showed him the PICTURE of a bottle of kahlua, and the price of $9.99, all from my order confirmation) He is only empowered to ring up a purchase; not to deal with anything else; so he called over the manager to address while he stood behind her. When I told her what I ordered from their website; and showed her the RECIEPT from them; and I told her a 4th time I ordered a bottle of kahlua not coffee; the salesman says outload for all to hear "Well, someone ordered it wrong, that's what happened!" In total dismay that that an employee would say such a thing; I replied back just as loudly to him, "It's a mistake on your IT side; l didn't order it wrong". To which the salesman says: "A@@hole". And I asked, "What did you just say??" At the point the manager says, "Jim, just leave, just leave" Jim then says, "Well, he is, he's being an a@@hole!!" I was dumbfounded. Total shock. Their system is incorrect; and he can't process the issue; and then calls me, a paying customer a name?!?!? So Jim takes off and now l'm left to talk to the female manager, knowing she will do the right thing. After 5 minutes of her investigating, she tell me, "Ah. I see the problem. While the PICUTRE is of a bottle of kahlua and the price says $9.99; the description includes the words "ground" below the picture of a BOTTLE of kahlua" And? Is that my issue? It still shows a bottle of Kahlua. I told her I typed in the word "Kahlua" in the search, and bottles of it showed up; I saw the one I needed, and ordered it. She tells me I need to also read the description?? Why would I? I wanted booze, typed it in, there it was and I ordered it. It is that simple. She then tells me I owe like another $11 or so if I wanted it, nd did I still want it? I told her "yes", but I want it for what the website lists it at, and what they charged my card for in my CONFIRMATION email; " $9.99". She tells me, "I can't do that" I'm thinking to myself: "You can't, or won't?"...and thinking she would want to make amends since not only is their web site incorrect; but her employee just called me a name that I would get fired for using if I called a customer the same thing!!!......and, is it really worth losing a customer PERMANENTLY over $11?" I don't think any of that thought process went through her head. She then asks if I would take it for $5 off. Now, it would only cost me about $6.00 more than what it's listed for; but I hold. I told her "no" She then says she can either charge me the difference or refund the entire amount. At this point; I've already made several decision about this store; including to never, ever stepping foot in that one again; and probably never in any other ABC as well I told her to refund me. I called the support number on the main ABC webpage about 15 times to share this story but it's not manned and all calls seem to go to a voicemail. When I literally called back the 16th time and actually got a live rep.; she took my story from above and said the District manager would call back. Good thing I didn't hold my breath. Long story short: They lost a customer for life all for an $11 mistake on their end. Policies: F. They don't care to keep customers or make amends; even when it's their fault. Employees: F. This is the first place I have ever, ever shopped at in my life where an employee called me a name, let alone an "a@@hole", and TWICE. Result: Time to shop at..., well, anywhere else for booze. Costco. Total Wine. Gas stations etc.

Great inventory to find all your favorite liquor. Plus they have a walk in beer cooler, plenty of wine selections, cigars, pop. Great prices and a public washroom. They also have a rewards program. Look for one in your area

They need a better selection of local and other craft beer. The display of craft beer is sloppy, it's almost random. Other ABC stores I have visited have had a better selection and organization of craft beer.As for the rest, mixes, hard alcohol and wine they have a great selection.

Very poor customer service. Called to ask a simple question and the woman on the phone was very rude.

Do not have door dash buy liquor at this location, cause if door dash makes a mistake and brings you the wrong bottle, you can’t go in person to ABC to make an exchange! We don’t like wasting our time w employees who don’t know how to handle this. They lost a customer! Will buy at Winn Dixie now!
