So for some weird reason, they had the guy that I had got my vehicle from on my Car Insurance🚘 made my monthly this minth$307(I usually only pay like 160)I was on the phone for like over an hour got hung up on , like literally was crying and going through it and then finally get on the line with CHAMERE ANDERSON and let me tell you that lady is an angel! She calmed me down walked me through the policy where we found the errors we fixed it with a few signatures through email and a copy of my title and I just had to come in here and say she was incredible and by far THE BEST customer service experience! She is def an asset to this company! Thank you so much again

Avoid this place at all costs if you try to tell them you don't have the vehicle anymore and the girl doesn't want to do her job she sends you to a survey now my license is pending suspension and I have to go all the way into the dmv to show proof I called this company and what they did to me just to stop it. Doesn't matter if you're chill either I'm super laid back and was very nice but this is messed up

Dylan is probably the most unprofessional person in customer service I’ve ever met. Making snarky jabs and me and my gf when we just came in for quotes. Very disrespect human. He didn’t even know how to fix a printer last time we were in there to have him print insurance cards. That’s is answer for every thing. “I dont know you should read it and find out” like if you dont like your job bro find something better to do.

This place was good when I used to work with Misty for my plan I'm not too sure what they got going on in there nowadays seeing as my insurance keeps getting messed up for all different types of reasons to the point where it actually lapsed this time. $200 for the most basic insurance there is.....

This insurance company is an absolute disaster. Your insured hit me from behind while making deliveries, and now they are trying to avoid any responsibility by citing their work activity. This cowardly tactic demonstrates their lack of ethics and professionalism. Do not trust this insurer, they are more concerned about saving money than meeting their obligations. A completely disappointing and inadvisable experience.This insurer is an absolute disaster.
