I went to have a key made. I was told they had ordered it and they would call the following day to come in. No call. So I ordered a factory key and went in to have it cut. He said they do not cut your key and have a great day. I did. Just not because of them wasting my time.

Last week I ordered two items from that store for delivery nearby, and the day before the delivery, they emailed me that the order was canceled and refunded my money. They didn't give me an explanation as to why they canceled the item. Today I called, and they told me they didn't have the item in the store. That's why they didn't deliver it. I think that's disrespectful.
