So I get a call on the 9th to set up an interview on Monday January 13 2025 At 2 o’clock, I walk in 20 minutes early just to be Told the interview was last week meanwhile, I have screenshots of the phone call also written down the time and date that I was supposed to show up So I Was told it was last week and basically threw my application in the trash dont even bother trying to work here or in Bradenton fl in General They always say they’re hiring, but don’t hire nobody

Extremely rude staff ,all I asked was about a warrantee on a battery and I was met with eye rolls and an attitude and sent away with no help . must have just been the one employee working that specific shift as I have never been treated so poorly by the other male staff members . Usually as a woman shopping in an auto store I’d assume the woman employees would be more kind to customers especially ones who are asking for help as it’s already intimidating (I myself like to know what I need ahead of time this time I had a question that she needed to look up on the computer)

It is rare to encounter a person like Chris at an auto parts store. He is outstanding: pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He knows what he's doing. Because Chris is at this store I will go out of my way to come here instead of the Advance Auto store closer to me.
When the piper blade on my car suddenly came off the wiper arm Chris looked at it, said the blade was still good and tried to reinstall it. There was an issue with the connector to the arm but he thought it would say on. I bought new wipers instead because I wanted to be sure they would not come off, and mine were a year old. He quickly installed the new blades and I was on my way. Chris was a bright spot in my day.

I went there with a few issues and the guy was very helpful in identifying them precisely so I could get them repaired and resolved. I’ve been using Advanced since forever and highly recommend them!

I have no complaints about Advanced Auto Parts and do enjoy getting a few things from there but you can honestly find a lot of these parts a bit cheaper thru other merchants or online sites. There is definitely a few things that is worth going there for though.

The service here is ok. The thing they need to workon is being a lil more personable when you checkout. Some of the employees are very ruff around the edges.

Nobody has any idea what anything is they can’t find any parts for my truck even with the computer for help I had to leave the store because they had no idea what they were doing this was on 9-6-23 at 6:23 pm whoever was working should be fired ! They give your company a terrible reputation !

The customer representative there was wonderful, his name was jerry. He actually helped me find out what I was looking for, instead of what I thought I was looking for, because I was looking for the wrong thing, and he actually pointed out what I was needing,and it was not what I was looking for. Cuz I was looking for a radiator, at least I thought i was looking for a radiator. I was not recognizing a condenser from a radiator. And I thought I was ordering the right thing because I kept saying get me a radiator, and other stores was giving me a radiator, and it was the wrong one. Because it turned out I actually needed the condenser, And I did not know it. So he was smart enough to figure that one out. Unlike another manager at AutoZone called Carl at 57th Street West ,that gave me a very hard time, he wouldn't even let me look in the box, and see if it was the right one or not, or even suggest that maybe I was looking for the wrong one after that point. So Jerry is a wonderful customer representative as far as I'm concerned, he can go a long ways. Always ask for him if you want something, he's very helpful.

Very good
