I went shopping with my friends for my wedding dress service was excellent the lady's were very nice and prices $ are perfect. This store dress are perfect for any occasion I really recommend this store.

No ew this place is horrendous all they do is ask about your age even if your 18 you can’t even be there like hello and the lady’s that help there is this one girl that’s like 17 she is soooo rude and like not helpful at all she will lit snatch dresses off your hand and it’s juts so disrespectful imagine that you were 19 and were going to get married like you can’t because an “adult” has to be with you over the age of 21 like I thought 18 was when your an adult and to drink and stuff that’s 21 I don’t think they are selling licor or something that is actually ridiculous when there is girls not even over the age of 21 working honestly I’m never going back it’s juts horrendous..

They said we had to be 19 to go into the store but the way the women there were speaking to us was absolutely rude and disrespectful but this isn’t the first time where they made up an age we’ve gone in before and they said you’ve had to be 21 then another time where you have to be 18 but it was me and two other ladies that went in there that were 18,and yet still refused to help.

My friend and i went there looking for prom dresses. when we first walked in we weren’t greeted and when they finally noticed that we were there they told us we couldn’t shop even though we were 18. she told us we had to be 21 to make sure we aren’t going to be playing around. i told the lady that we drove 2 hours to get to that store and that it wasn’t fair that she thought we would basically be playing dress up. she finally agreed to letting us stay and only said we were allowed to try on 3 dresses and only if we were going to buy any of them . this wasn’t my first time going there but every time the service isn’t good the dresses are gorgeous and affordable but i don’t think it’s worth it if your your not up to dealing with them.

I went to the store the other day with my mom and sister to find my prom dress, all the ladies helped me to find the perfect. I walked out so happy, and of course I will come back to their store.

I bought my homecoming dress there so I went back to try on prom dresses. No one greeted my friend and I at the door. We started grabbing dresses to try on and that was when an employee finally came to us. The first question she asked was what was my budget, nothing else. Ive never been asked that before. I said I’m not sure and gave her a random number. She said what I was holding was out of budget and took the dresses from me. She said that the dresses in my budget would be somewhere in the far corner of the store. She then said that there had to be an adult with us. I told her I was 18 and she said that it had to be someone 19 or older to “assume responsibility” for the dress if it was damaged. I told her I would assume responsibility. She walked away to put the dresses I wanted to try on away and didn’t help us after that. There was no one else in the store. There is never anyone else in the store. My friend and I just left. I’ve never seen a business push away customers so quickly, especially during peak prom season. The older woman is amazing, but the younger one was extremely rude.

Sue was SUCH a great help. All the dresses are in protective bags which is a little overwhelming at first glance but as soon as we asked for help we were met with great hospitality! The first one she helped me pick out was the one I ended up choosing for my senior prom! I had to have an alteration on one of the straps and she did it right there and then for me. 100% recommended this shop and I would love to come here again for my next big event!!

Went in to dress shop for my elopement, found a $100 evening gown that could work, but because they deemed it a wedding dress, I would have to pay $50 non-refundable deposit and make an appointment just to try it on. Great way to lose a potential customer. Who pays 50% to try on 1 dress?!? Amazon at least has free returns!!! ?

We just experienced the Best service on finding my daughter a dress for her upcoming Ball. Finding dresses has never been a great experience anywhere. Today Cindy and Sue went above and beyond on finding the Perfect dress! Thank you both for your excellent service and we will be back!!!!!!
