I ordered 4 plaques for my son's Eagle Scout project on 3/3 with Roxanne. When receiving the order I only had one plaque and the holes I had requested were cast wrong. The remaining 3 plaques were then manufactured with the holes wrong again after the correct specs were given a second time. Sending them back the order was delayed weeks as it was apparently set aside until I checked on its status. I was informed the holes could not be re-drilled and the order had to be recast again. Again with no updates I checked on the status as it was after the promised ship date and was told that there was a problem in the finishing and the order had to be recast yet again. I sent an email to Roxanne expressing my disappointment with this order, the lack of response or follow up to make sure the order was correct. I had now been almost 4 months since the initial order and my son's project had been done for some time. After the new ship date passed I contacted Roxanne for an update and for a call from the Manager. I was finally given a tracking number and saw that my shipment was sent to Florida. I live in St. Louis. My request to speak to a Manager was ignored for a second time. The shipment finally arrived on 7/7, 144 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER WAS TAKEN. The quality of the finished product was excellent but the lack of ability to follow direction and the terrible customer service makes my experience with All Star Bronze not something I would want to repeat. At no time was an apology given for the numerous mistakes and delays. Furthermore my requests to Roxanne for a call from the Manager was ignored or purposely buried.

There does need to be a ten star rating. These are the highest quality plaques you can get. Roxanne G took great care of us from the start. Our first order of two-dozen plaques for our all-abilities park arrived quickly and at a great price. We will be doing business with All Star Bronze for a long, long time.

I've had two beautiful horse stall signs done by All Star - the service is really great and the signs are VERY high quality. I'm 100% satisfied with the job they did. I needed two signs to match ones created by a vendor years ago, and they were happy to match and did just a fabulous job. I will definitely use them again.
