“Amazing” Lash totally lives up to its name! I have been a member for over 6 years and they always take such good care of me! Tosha is by far the best technician there….master at her trade. With my busy life..I love that my fills don’t take an hour! I’m often complimented on how great and natural my lashes look. Under Janet’s management it continues to be a place of positive, quality product service that strives for excellent customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work ladies. ????

Let me just start by saying when I walked in the manager was friendly and the sweetest! Then my lash technician oleena was AMAZING!!!! It was probably the best set I have ever gotten done I can’t wait to come back!! :)

I decided to try Amazing Lash studio, because some of my friends recommended. She told me, they offer reasonable prices and good quality lashes. And Yes! Two weeks passed and my extensions, still look nice and fluffy! I can brush through them easily! Thank you, OLENA ? will see you soon for my refill.

Do not go here ! Ive been getting my lashes done for years. I’m visiting my family here in Sarasota and needed a full set of lashes. I looked in the mirror when she was done and exact opposite of what I said I wanted. Didn’t want length wanted volume and holes between lashes everywhere. Do not go here they don’t know what they are doing.

I just walked in hoping it would be my new go to lash studio. It's clean private rooms and has good quality lashes and products. I got lucky and a lash expert was available and said why not? I am so happy with the results. I'm angry at myself for not coming here sooner!!

The worst experience ever. The master didn’t do what I asked for and promised changes was much more . Six days later, almost all lashes are gone. It’s disappointing because I had hoped to be a long-term client at this place

This company manipulated me into buying a 140$ membership for two fills a month while making me pay EXTRA for the fills on top of that. I then cancelled my membership on September 13th 2023 in person because there is no email listed on their website to cancel and no visible way to cancel your membership electronically. They are using deceptive practices to scam people out of money by making it difficult to cancel a subscription. I am STILL being charged for this membership. And to make matters worse you can call and call and call and they won’t answer their phone.I have tried working with the staff as well as emailing the manager with not luck.

Classic Set done , they are prompt with appointment times ! Staff is very nice . Rooms clean. This is my 2nd time back to the LWR location I got a refill done and they are great they look so natural. I just wish the lashes stayed longer. For a full set I paid $199 but they only last 2 weeks. I went in for a 2 week filling for $99 and the lashes only lasted 1 week. I'm all for paying for great quality but they need a different glue because a full set shouldn't be completely gone in 2 weeks. Now I remember why I didn't keep my membership in NY they charge you the highest rates but the lashes last the least amount of time. So if you want nice lashes for a night out or a weekend vacation this is your place!

The studio was recently sold and there is absolutely no customer service. Front desk employee offered to have me come in after a few days for a refill at my expense. This is unbelievable . Lashes do not last more than 48 hours. I was told there is a 24 hour window for concerns. What a joke! The other salons in the area offer 5 days. Mind you yesterday was Christmas. Lashes are not consistent in size as the ones added are longer in length than what I came in with. It was the techs way of adding an additional charge to my service. Absolutely the most over priced salon in the area with horrendous service. Save your money there are many lash extension studios in the area.

I would give a negative 10 if possible... from the moment I entered, staff at desk and the technician were dismissive and complacent. The technician was abrupt, rude, disrespectful, and texting during the entirety of my service. I told her the lashes were disappointing and service was sorrowful, as she spent time texting and placed her phone adjacent to my left ear and was constantly "dinging " . As I was paying she ranted "I'm pissed get out my store" both she and the receptionist refused to provide an owner or manager's information. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL stay AWAY DON'T waste $99.99 which is what I paid to have myself abused!

I had lashes done for the first time here. When I booked, I asked for the lash bath add-on (they charge $8 for it according to their website) since I didn't know much about cleaning my lashes. I read that this was a service add-on at most places. I showed up and asked about it and was told it was just a soap I could buy, not a service add-on. My lids and lashes were never cleaned and I was told I could wash them myself in the bathroom with my hands and soap. I got the lashes put on, and the process was pretty comfortable, but I had fallout as soon as I left the parking lot. Within 5 days I needed a fill and my lashes looked terrible! I was told they'd last up to 2 weeks between fills. Complete waste of money

Be wary of this business! they are disorganized and unprofessional. I booked an appointment for myself and a friend more than two weeks in advance. three hours before the appointment, they phoned to say they made a mistake and the technician I was booked with didn't work that day. I was disappointed but understand mistakes happen. I was given another technician for the same time. an hour later I got another call to say they couldn't honour that appointment either don't trust these people!
