Had a great exam a few weeks ago and got progressive glasses for the first time. Picked them up and struggled with them for over a week. I went back in ready to ask for a refund and give up on them. Sat down with the manager and she took her time and really explained how to use them and that I had to break old habits when it came to something as easy as reading. Tried them the rest of the day and what a difference! So glad I went back in! Thank you

There was no customer service. I waited for more than 1 hour with the glasses I chose to buy, even after I reminded the attendant. It seemed that no one was in charge of the store.Although a little more expensive, Lens Crafters had 3 attendants and waited on me immediately. I bought glasses and sunglasses.Sharon Carthew

From the word go, the examination‘s were both well done and self-explanatory as I went. Both Kyle and Dr. Mollie were very nice! ? Then I picked our frames and met Audrey, whom had a very personal affect with her customers. With Audreys teachings I knew I had to go home and wear the glasses to see how they were going to fit me. I got a phone call that they were in so I returned to the store where I was given my glasses, without fitting of any sort??They became Bothersome, so I called and spoke with Cody whom explain to me to bring them in and they would be adjusted accordingly. When I returned I specifically asked for Audrey because she took the time with her customers. Very patient employee!

The woman receptionist is beyond rude. She acts like she doesn’t even want to to check you in for your appointment. She was too busy to add my vision insurance when I came to purchase new frames and lenses. She did the same stunt last year at my husbands appointment. Lost my business and I will be going elsewhere due to her attitude. Not helping the business any.

I had an appointment to get new glasses, great customer service , Maria took care of me and she was very professional and knowledgeable explained all the different options they offer, very satisfied with my purchase, I will definitely come back here from now on.

I arrived early to my appointment and was seen quickly, my optometrist was so friendly, she made sure to answer any questions I had.I was there as a first time contact lens wearer, so I was given a class on how to put and remove contacts. The assistant that helped me was extremely patient with me as I kept getting nervous. He would reassure me that we have time and to try again. Not to mention the female Dr who I had came out and said, "You got this!" Which gave me that extra umph.10/10 would recommend this location to anyone I know and I will only be seen there moving forward, I am now a proud contact lens wearer thanks to this team ?

This has been the worst experience ever. To start, the phone system needs to be updated. Phones ring and ring and ring then an automated recording came on and asked me to push a button which when I did 50% of the time I was disconnected. The other 50% no one answered. Tip: to get through push #1 to schedule an appointment.Once my glasses were ordered I waited 10 days and went in to find out what was going on. I was told they would call me the next day but they should be there. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude and butted in the tell me it was 10 to 14 days. Either way, no call. The day after that I went back in and they found one pair of my glasses and gave them to me. The receptionist fit them on me after asking me how they felt compared to my old ones. I have never worn glasses. Then I was told the other pair of glasses wasn't there but for sure they would be there in the next day or two, they would call me. Finally, after 4 more days I called. I was told the lab had lost them but she had reordered them that morning and put a rush on them. It has been 6 business days and the rushed glasses are still not here. I called again, the gal on the phone said between 4-5pm tomorrow or the next day, she would be sure to call. I am not holding my breath.
