Dingy, dusty, waiting area filled with random craft items for sale. Staff is belligerent and unwilling to help. Staff does not seem to understand policies and procedures that human resources have in place regarding preemployment drug screening tests and act like frustrated mall cops. They try to act intimidating and treat you like a criminal. The bathroom itself is dirty and smelly. A far cry from any kind of a professional lab setting. Not only did I not feel safe there. I had zero confidence in any results coming from that organization.

Went in for a simple urine test (nicotine test) for surgical reasons. After not receiving my results in the 72 hour time frame, I called. No answer. Called again. No answer. Called numerous times, and no answer. Even my doctors staff was calling, no answer. I finally made my way back up there to find out what the hold up was, I asked the guy at the desk and he did something on his computer and just said they didn’t have results yet. Should be soon. I mentioned the calling with no answers which he completely ignore. Over two weeks later, and I will say… I still do not have my results. Would not recommend this place to any one for anything period. Horrible horrible horrible. Waste of time and money and the worst part, these people that work there could care less. Literally, could care less.

I’ve been here five times now for lab draws - they are friendly, quick (much quicker than walking in at somewhere like Quest), and the blood draws are painless.

Best staff! Best place to have blood test done. Questions are answered quickly, and I have found later, that answers are very accurate. Test results in an appropriate time.

Literally the worst staff ever!!! Blood test results promised in 5 days… still waiting after a month. They don’t answer phone calls either!! We’re told to come back to give more blood only when we showed up they didn’t have blood kits so now we’re waiting for that also.. not professional,effective,efficient,capable or reliable. We’re supposed to trust you will give us correct results or even our results but yet every step of the way they remind you of you of how inept they actually are. Go somewhere else!!!!!!
