While we had been with Assure for over 4 years for our car and homeowner's insurance and have been very satisfied, I just recently got directly involved with them after my husband's passing. Ruthie on Mandy's team was so helpful and knowledgeable and juggled all of my requests so efficiently and explained everything so clearly. When I questioned insurance coverage issues, Mandy was there to make the appropriate insurance recommendations to me and Ruthie was there to answer all of my many questions and execute all the follow ups and she did them perfectly. I would highly recommend Assure if you are looking for an honest, friendly and efficient insurance agency to do business with!

We started using assure Over 10 years ago. Frustrated with the time consumption of trying to find the best rates and coverage we needed for our various insurance needs. I can't express how happy we are with Mandy and her team at Assure. We quickly realized we were in good hands and turned all of our personal and professional insurance over to Assure to develope and manage a comprehensive plan for all of our insurance needs allowing us to put our focus into our business.

Very knowledgable about Florida rates and discounts. I live in Tampa and car insurance is very expensive. Mandy found me a local insurance that saved me $100.00 per 6 month policy. Her staff are friendly and accomodating. I would recommend anyone to give her a call for a quote. She is effecient and timely with getting back to me.

To Start, I beed y no much insurance company in my 42 years but definaly it is no the best neither near to bee good, I had 2 situation during a year period and their excuse for no answering calls or call back with in 24 hrs is that they are short handed bacuse di not had enough employees working due to sickness.They will dilate your request so you have to buy insurance with them if you are close to renewing. They do not provide documents in time, it took 2 weeks so I can get 1 Document out of 2 that I request. I will no say more becuse is pointless. If nee konw more please reply to this review.They are so good that hey have only 23 reviews from friends. ?????Google map doesn't show the address with reviews

ive had the GREAT PLEASURE!!! of knowin LADY MANDY for more than 2 decades. she is the best ive ever seen in her field!!! as well now ive known LADY JUDY for bout ah decade, she is of the top knotch insurance agents iv ever had to JOY!!! of workin with . this is ah wonderful agency, very competive,, most profestional, an all yall.... outa contact them for any & all yalls insurance needs. i did long ago an ive never been disapointed with them in any way......

We were having a lot of problems, with other Agencies, getting insurance on a property with an older roof. Mandy asked the right questions, got the info she needed and within 2 hours, we had a policy!!! Mandy and her Agency is the best!
