I had a great experience with Ford! Daniel was very nice and concerned and attentive when I had to leave my car a few hours for brakes and he kept assuring me that if my ride didn’t come he would give me an Uber and to pick me up in one if I needed a ride back. He offered me water and always came and checked on me and I thought that was very sweet of him! Thanks Daniel you really know what customer service is!

My Bronco sport big bend has been in this dealership’s shop five times for warranty work on the rear brakes squealing when in reverse. Ford has a bulletin out explaining the problem and the parts needed to fix it , so after another wasted four hours the other day and after being told the problem was fixed no sooner did I leave the dealership than the problem started again. In my opinion I don’t believe they installed the correct parts and are simply incompetent. Ford should be embarrassed to sell something that sounds like you drove it out of a junkyard . If you need warranty work done on your new ford or any other ford you would do well to avoid this service center.Update, the manager contacted me and after discussing the issue he advised me that he would look into what was going to be needed to fix the issue, that was last week and I haven’t heard back from him yet so time will tell.

I booked a 60000 miles service for the first time at AutoNation Ford for my 2004 Mercury Marquis. I was greeted by Andrew who fully explained the details of the service.He made me feel like a valued customer and the vehicle was completed at the time promised.I highly recommend this dealership.

The amount you charge for tag and title is ridiculous. I purchased a vehicle on January 29th. The temporary tag you provided expired on February 27th. I called 10 days prior to February 27th to check on the status of my tag and title. I did not receive a phone call back until March 4th. At that point in time I was advised you needed additional proof of address. I provided the most recent utility bill on the 29th of January. I provided updated proof of address. At that time I advised you the temporary tag had expired. I was then told I would be overnighted a new temporary tag until you could get my tag and title processed. I was also advised at this point in time that once the tag entitle is processed, I would still have to go to the tag office to have the title in the tag dne.Granted I did purchase my vehicle in Florida and I live in Tennessee. It still does not excuse the amount that you charge for tag and title and I am talking about your administration fee. I would assume since you did not contact me until the beginning of March, nobody processed the tag and title during the month of February.I still have not received a temporary tag. The one on my vehicle is expired. And I have not heard from anyone in reference to my tag and title.I am publicly requesting the refund of the processing fee you charge for tag and title. As I could have already done this myself. And had permanent tags. In addition, I still have to go to the tag office.The expedition is a great vehicle. My only issue is there is residue on all of the windows that I have requested to be removed so that you could see out at night without any hindrance in your view. When I got the vehicle the residue on the windows is still there. And I was told oh we don't detail anything here. But I will go find somebody since I have tried. All means that I have to get it removed from the windows. In addition, the Sync System does not allow me to sync anything from my phone due to being outdated. This should have been updated when I purchased the vehicle without having to ask for it to be updated. You charge a fee to get the vehicle ready for resale. I have been to my local AutoNation Ford dealership and they want to charge me $200 an hour to update the system. That is ridiculous. I sort of feel like I have been nickeled and dimed. And quite honestly I probably would not have brought any of this up if I had not had the issues with my tags.

Got quick reservations for service (1 day) and service was timely, just a short wait. Assistant Service Manager was helpful and review upcoming services required on my 2019 f150. Overall a great experience.

Our vehicle lost power and stalled suddenly this happened twice. The technician wasn’t able to find anything. We were send home with the advise toxine back if this happens again. Very disappointing. Still 4 stars because we have been coming to them for 7 years now and have never been disappointed.

Each time I have gone to have maintenance done or even just view the cars available on the lot they have always been friendly and helpful! When it comes to dealing with myself or other customers that ive seen them interact with they've given a full and concise breakdown of needs to happen, how long it will take, and the price. They are all wonderful!
