This location is excellent. I was in need of a car battery and was able to have it delivered and installed. Tim the manager and Holden the technician were professional, listened to my concerns and found the right battery for my vehicle and installed it at no charge. I will definitely visit this location when I need anything auto related. Down to earth great service!

Tim Godsey is the most professional and kindness person you would ever want to deal with. I'm a Florida snow bird. Had my wipers destroyed in the ice Storm coming down. 5 minute job for Tim would have takeñ me forever to install. Nice conversation with Tim. Enjoyed talking-wish it would have been longer.

I love when it's cold and rainy and I know a store employee sees me standing at the door at the time they're supposed to open and they disappear to the back of the store and ignore me. Maybe when you have your job fair, ask perspective new hires if they know how to tell time or at least have an alarm on their phone

Horrible service no accountability. Ordered and paid for a part . I was told I would be there same day at 3pm. Came in at 3 item was not there was told will be there tomorrow. Tomorrow comes no part , told again it will be here tomorrow. So I call in and the manager tells me that I paid for the part but it never got ordered . This location is irresponsible . Customer service is below acceptable for a business. Would not recommend this location.

Connor was amazing! We had been to 3 different AutoZone’s for a battery for a 2021 Honda Accord and he did a fantastic job finding and installing. Will definitely come here again.
