The people working there are kind of rude didn't want to help The guy wouldn't even get off the chair to come to me I had to go to him he had no idea what he was looking up I went to another AutoZone behind Red lobster The girl looked it up went back and got me in my part very thankful for her

I don't understand why they can't even give me a store credit for the item. I lost my receipt. The product is not used or the packet is not open. Every other place gives a 30 days return. I just bought it few weeks back.

I worked for over a decade in auto parts and supplies so coming into a store like AutoZone is always fun. Came in to pick up a new gas cap for a vintage vehicle. Luckily they had one in stock.
The crew at this location is always super friendly and very helpful and right down the street from home so it's real easy to get to.
I'll definitely be back for other parts when needed.

I'll never go back
Terrible attendant Roni, I asked to speak to the manager Cris because I'm used to buying from the store and she said that she's the manager and not Cris.

I went to the store today and had the worst service of my life, a woman was super rude and uneducated and still said she was the manager and owner of the store. I've always been a customer of the store and I buy everything I need there, I never come back and I don't recommend it to anyone

This is a fantastic store with an amazing team. Chris and Kevin are both incredibly laid-back and always make each visit enjoyable. They’re not just great at what they do, but they’re also genuinely great people to chat with. As long as I’m living in the area, this will definitely be my go-to spot. It’s rare to find such a combination of excellent service and friendly faces, and that’s what keeps me coming back.

Tom was extremely helpful as I needed to replace a headlight bulb and he also replaced my windshield wipers for me. He was kind and caring and made sure it was done correctly. I appreciated his help as I’m not sure I could have done it on my own. Thank u tom!

Ordered a battery, had to wait five minutes for an associate with an airpod in to help me. The store manager then hassled me about picking up the battery that was in my name. Great luck to for me that my battery died in the parking lot. They cant install my battery or help me in anyway. Will not shop here again.
