The pilates were delicious, the yoga was a little undercooked but I usually order mine rare anyway. Overall, strange restaurant layout, but surprisingly tasty food if you know the right questions to ask.

Fantastic little place. I visited before they moved but instructors were of high caliber, and very inviting. Connie herself is a highly respected national figure in the Pilates world. A nice little gem in Bradenton.

Cute studio with clean, new reformers. The trainer was sweet and helpful. Great core workout and I learned some new moves. I wish the classes were a little less expensive because I would go much more frequently.
