The pilates were delicious, the yoga was a little undercooked but I usually order mine rare anyway. Overall, strange restaurant layout, but surprisingly tasty food if you know the right questions to ask.

Fantastic little place. I visited before they moved but instructors were of high caliber, and very inviting. Connie herself is a highly respected national figure in the Pilates world. A nice little gem in Bradenton.

Connie and Carly Borho are two of the best pilates teachers I have had . I had taken private pilates lessons about 15 years ago and although they were good, they were not as thorough and the instruction was not as focused on technique and precision. The studio is lovely, inviting, organized and clean. Both Connie and Carly are the kindest, warmest, welcoming lovely teachers. I have gained so much strength, power, flexibility, and my core is the strongest it has ever been. My posture and sense of well being is also attributed to my teachers and the other clients as well. I look forward to every lesson. The best !!! All the equipment is top notch and I always feel special and appreciated when I am there. I can't give enough stars to Balance Pilates. Love them !
