Manager or assistant manager named Kim was working as a teller. I think it was the assistant manager older woman very rude, very miserable. Just an overall bad experience as she had no desire to satisfy customer service. Please be better, happier and more professional.

NO STARS, NO WAY TO CALL THIS LOCATION. STAFF UNWILLING. I NEED NEW ATM CARD, SORRY NOBODY HERE TO DO THAT. PULLING MY ACCOUNTS FROM BOA. GOOGLE MAKES YOU LEAVE A STAR.

Most lazy people and bank ever, no regards for your time and just so useless! And the manager was the worst part, she doesn't know how to do a wire transfer, then just resign! Waste of space on God's green space. Lazy lazy everyone is lazy in this place

I tried calling this branch telephone number numerous times from the time they opened at 9am all morning and it just rang thru no one ever picked up . The number I was calling was correct from the info on line, So I went to this branch and the greeter who was a middle aged lady with white straight hair looked like she was overwhelmed and seemed like she was confused in helping the people before me. When it was my turn I tried to tell her that I had Will Documents that needed to be notarized but she cut me short and abruptly and rudely told me to have a seat in the waiting area until she was able to talk to me. After waiting about 20 minutes she came over and told me that the bank does not notarize Will documents ( and this is after I called the 800 customer service number before I went to this branch and the representative said that they can do the notarization for the Will Documents) After she told me this, I was very upset that I wasted my time and if she had only had let me tell her the reason why I was there in the beginning I would have left at that point. Maybe it would be a good idea if the greeter asks the customer the reason why they need assistance when they first walk in !!! As a long time BOA customer I am very disappointed!!I GUESS THAT IS WHY THIS LOCATION IS RATED A 2.5 OUT OF A 5 STAR RATING IN YOUR REVIEWS!!

As a long time, customer of Bank of America, this branch in particular has caused nothing but trouble, their security measures are not good, they announce how much you withdraw in a full lobby, loudly. The employees or the manager act as though they could care less about you, kind of limited here as there is not a lot of other Bank of America branches open in Bradenton. I am a former hotel, general manager, and this is absolutely unacceptable. This is not the Bank of America that I knew, having sneering, rude and unprofessional tellers that ignore the customers if they are not insulting them as well. The branch manager is no better than the employees. If I have any further problem, I will change banks and leave my 20+ year existence, because of one horrible branch, that I have limited choice where to go. When you ask for a simple business card with the managers name, they resist, and do not give you one. Absolutely unacceptable. In every way shape and form. Get it together at this branch, unbelievably legendarily bad service!!!!

Worked with two employees at this location over a period of 2-3 months. Left countless messages with these two employees and never received a reply. It was very frustrating. I always had to physically go in to the branch and even then, it was difficult getting answers or any resolve to my questions/needs. Have not stepped foot into that place since then.

Customer's need coin too not just cash... Left BOA in Bayshore gardens with out a single roll of quarters this morning but this location helped me with $20 worth. I appreciated it but 2 locations in 1 day for $20 out of the $100 I needed is ridiculous. The associate advised me you're not bringing them coin anymore. Been a customer over 15 years, never not been able to get my coins before, not even during 2020 coin shortage.

It would be a negative 5 for me...If you have started a new business and want an honest,helpful,loyal department to bank with. DO NOT choose bank of america. For a hard working citizen funneling his own hard earned money to get treated as I did is hurtful. I wouldn't wish my experience on an enemy...

Always a long line. Since 2020 bank has gone down the tubes. 2 tellers that work hard and always have a line. It's been 2 years. I switched to 5/3rd bank they have drive thru fast service inside and very friendly tellers. B of A Closing bamks in the Bradenton area. I have go there once a month to make a payment and I dread it. It can be up to 20 minutes in the line
