Monica Rhoden was the Senior Banker with whom we had our appt . We had a number of accounts that we needed to make alterations to and she very smoothly and competently helped us. Very professional and very friendly. We thought we knew everything we needed, but she actually pointed out a situation that hadn't even occurred to us and helped us with that too. Very thorough, quick and well spoken.Would be happy to deal with her all the time. D. Y.

Doesn't answer the phone if you call (it is option 4 to speak to someone at the branch). We set an appointment (taking time away from work) and went in to open a savings account and was just referred to open it via the mobile app. This was done and five days later the account is still not open. The reason why it was not open was because additional verifications need to be done. If I am sitting at the banking center across the table from a financial advisor and they have my drivers license as well as other information from me, I don't understand how additional verification is needed.

They have 1 teller and 5 people working in the offices helping new customers. I’m trying to get change for my business and ended up having to leave after 30 minutes because I couldn’t leave my store unattended. They are happy to sign you up but when it comes to customer service they really shouldn’t get any stars

Bank of America is a well established business. However, they are very understaffed, thus requiring customers to stand in the lobby area waiting to see the only Teller working. A request to visit my safety deposit box, something I do once per year ? Took over 20 minutes for an available bank employee to escort me and open the box. most unacceptable from a customer service viewpoint. Let's see what they offer me for this suggestion ( A new toaster ) haha

I know we are still dealing with COVID-19,but you would think if there are people working inside the bank they would at least answer the phones. Called this morning and no answer. How's a person supposed to set up an appointment if they have no internet or smart phone? Add the fact that most businesses are now fully open too!

I LOVE the branch Manager but the teller Michelle with the blond hair I’ve had two encounters with ..... is VERY unfriendly, if you have a service position, you should be more welcoming & friendly. I’ve watched her with other people as I wait in the line. If you aren’t happy with your job, you shouldn’t work in customer service. She is just miserable!
