This is the poorest excuse of a bank I have ever dealt with in my life. Zero customer service. I can't wait to get my money withdrawn from this bank as soon as I can get someone to talk to me.

I absolutely love banking here!!! The staff is always so polite and helpful and they always ask me how my day was. The lobby is always clean and the service is always great and timely ?. I noticed a bunch of bad reviews and I want to address them because I am glad I made up my own mind and gave this Bank a chance because otherwise I would have missed out big time. People complain about long lines where they wait for hours, I go to this Bank at least once a week different times a day and I have never waited longer than 20 minutes. Also I have never been mistreated by any member of staff, in fact they have gone out of their way to help me and I have autism.

I need to change my phone number. My number is the only way I could log in on line for all my banking needs. The line at this band went out the door. After waiting for a very long time, I was told they were unable to help me with changing my phone number. These people take care of our finances and they can't up date my phone number at the bank. This is a special kind of stupid

I been banking with Bank of America for 22 year came in to the bank on Saturday and lobby hours were changed spoke to the security guard name Scotty asking him they keeped changing hours and he answer with a bad attitude why I banked with Bank of America and walked away showing that he had a gun. Thinking about taking my business somewhere outs .

No drive through teller. Long wait line for teller service inside. I do believe Customer Service is dead and gone at this branch, maybe every branch!

My fiance and I walked in to cash a paper check being as I started a new job while they were processing my direct deposit information. We bank at Wells Fargo, but being as we live closer to this location and said job banks with them as well, I saw no problem with taking my services there for 1 time to cash check. We waited in line for at least 25 minutes before being rudely waved up to the desk by kathleen, despite me trying to give her time to finish from the last customer since her gaze was on the papers beside her. I walked up and stated my service needed and handed her the check and my ID. She asked if we had an account with BOA, to which i explained situation and told her no. Her attitude got worse from there and she blatantly asked “well why don’t you go to your bank? Why did you come here? It’s an 8 dollar fee I wouldn’t do that if I were you”… I was appalled, told her to look at the check and ask herself if I can spare 8 dollars. You would think for someone who doesn’t have an account there, you would want to give them a good experience. We’ve been looking for a new bank but it will not be this one. After her eye roll and exasperated sigh I just told her to give me my things back and drove to Wells fargo where despite a long wait, I was given what I needed and with good customer service. Avoid this place like the plague if you can.

10am on a Tuesday, one teller actually helping people and he's clearly new and doesn't know what he's doing. 6 people in line, hasn't moved in 10 minutes. 3 other employees just standing around.This seems to be SOP for every BOA location in the county.

I’ve been banking with BOA for 13 years and today was the first time I have been denied service. Came in at 2PM and I asked the lady at the front desk if I could get my form from the doctors office notarized. She took a look at it and said of course but I would have to wait 15 mins. I said no problem filled out the form and waited. Then she assisted me, started reading my form and said she couldn’t notarize it because there was no place for it and that the form didn’t need it. I said it did because the doctors office was requiring it to be notarized. She told me it couldn’t be done at this bank. Which makes no sense because I’ve had so many notes notarized at BOA. She proceeded to say, “You can go across the street and get Amscot to notarize it for you.” Uuuhhhh I bank with you for a reason not to walk to another bank to get services done.
