This is the second time in the past three months I have gone to Best Buy in Bradenton. The worst or a better word is no customer service. I went in there with all intentions about buying $1000 laptop and three associates stared at me and never even asked if I needed assistance. I guess their sales are great and do not need my purchase.1 star and I'm being generous

We pay for annual Geek Squad service. Me made an appointment. We received a few reminders. We arrived 10 minutes early. No place to check in. Long lines. No communication. Appointments aren't kept by them, way late.

Team member Tavia (I hope i spelled that right) was an amazing employee. She took the time to explain the differences between each laptop that I was looking for. I told her I did not need anything fancy, just something to do school work, play DND and Palworld. She was extremely knowledgeable about the specs of each laptop and helped find the best one in my price range. I did end up buying a Levono and it has been great :).

Best Buy Bradenton is a mess because Chris the manager is a terrible manager with lousy people skills and has a lousy attitude if he has to work with a customer. Worst chip on his shoulder if he has to work.

The place is nice and clean. Customer service and Geek squads are very helpful and knowledgeable. They informed me honestly regarding my computer device, whether it's repairable or if it's worth keeping it or buying a new one. Highly recommend best buy "Geek Squad".

Ordered a TV and soundbar and related mounts; first ordered day of installation, I waited 4 hours for them to tell me the contractor called in sick in the morning... second day of rescheduling, they said the mount they had in stock for sound bar was wrong size... third day of rescheduling (2 months later), they said they sold my soundbar to someone else. Obviously, I'm cancelling the entire order. However, none of these items have ever arrived at my house (or been taken from the store based on the installers comments), but BestBuy says their system won't let me cancel the TV because it is "in transit". These people are goofballs. Stay away.

Good old Best Buy, but unfortunately, you can't by much in the stores. Everything is online. But they are one of the few still there to tuch a product that we want to buy
