The Best Western Plus Bradenton Gateway Hotel is noted for its very friendly and awesome staff who go the extra mile, providing great customer service and making guests feel welcome. The lobby is beautiful. Rooms are generally described as clean, spacious, comfy, and up-to-date with comfortable beds and clean linens, offering a homely feeling. The continental breakfast is very good, awesome, and offers a lot of options. The location is very quiet, near the highway, with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. However, some rooms and hallways can be very, very musty and humid, with the smell not going away. The gym is noted as horrible with non-working lights and a bad smell. While rooms are clean, some housekeeping details can be missed. The hotel is seen as clean and well-maintained overall, strictly business oriented, and does not welcome riffraff.
The people that work here make the experience! I was treated like family by this one great lady every single time I saw her. I’m going to go back and put her name in here. She needs a raise!!! She is management material! Going the extra and remembering the guests! She made my terrible day so so much better!!!

Rooms are up to date very nice clean comfy homely feeling. Staff is always awesome very helpful and breakfast is always so good and ALOT of options to choose from.
