I remember Arlene from my first storage experience back in 2020. So when I went in for my most recent storage needs, I was nicely greeted again by Arlene. She was easy to remember because her service skills are remarkable. What an asset to your business she is. Would highly recommend Big Jim’s. Thank you!

Big Jim's is fantastic! The place is clean, well lit, easy to access and the staff has been great every time we have worked with them. It does take a little longer to lock and unlock our units than I would like because the keys are a little sensitive. It was a great decision to rent our space from Big Jim's.

Where do I begin? First off, arlene was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I walked in thinking I was going to shop around for a unit and by the time I left I had rented one from Big Jim's. From the moment you enter you can tell this is the Disney of storage places. Extremely professional, listened to what I needed to store and showed me THE EXACT unit I was looking for. I came in for an outdoor drive-up and ended with a 2nd floor, climate controlled for the same price. Arlene took her time to explain the differences. This is for Christmas decorations so knowing I would be on the 2nd floor she found the unit closest to the elevator (like a step away). I was blown away by how clean their facility was. Carts neatly tucked away a restroom and an insanely clean storage facility. On my way to the unit I even got to walk through their temp controlled WINE STORAGE units!!! Yup!!! Wine storage as in people have storage units just for wine that is perfectly cooled. Save yourself the trip and just come straight here. Make sure to ask for arlene, she is a doll!!! One of the nicest people I have met. The manager on duty was a sweetheart also. Arlene, thank you so much for finding the perfect spot for our ever growing Christmas decorations. You truly are amazing at what you do and we 100% rented today because of how amazing you were!!!

Terrific service. Matt guided us through the entire process and answered all of our questions. Took us to the unit to show us everything and make sure it was what we wanted. The next day reached out to us to see if we had any questions.

Beautiful facility, helpful employees however stupid expensive. Double, triple over other self storage facilities in the area.

We have moved multiple times over the past 5 years and by far, Big Jim's Self Storage is the cleanest, well maintained storage facility we have ever used. Friendly and helpful staff, great customer service to help answer any questions or concerns.
There are plenty of storage options in the area, but we found the others were more expensive and not well kept or maintained.
