Awful experience. Asked 3 people for assistance . They made me feel like i was interrupting them. When i checked out the associate ringing us up never smiled ,looked at us or said a word. Very uncomfortable experience! I will not be renewing my membership.

What a decline at this location. I've noticed recently that a lot of food is either expired or very close to being expired. The customer service here is also horrible. I think it's time to join Sam's or Costco! At least they also have a food court to get an inexpensive lunch while spending money there.

If you buy meat here, just know that a meat clerk vapes inside of the meat cooler besides the many quick trips outside to smoke and vape. I'm sure that this goes against health regulations. There are good prices on packaged food, clothes and gas.

5 stars for BJS!!! Cleaner then sams, better quality products then sams, love that certain items you buy, you can get .10 off a gallon for each item and .10 off a gallon for having a bjs cc!!! saved $1.35 a gallon 2 weeks ago on gas at BJS!!! Cannot be without them!!! also, love the deli!!! and you can use manufacture coupons along with BJS coupons!!!

I have noticed that if you are a little darker than white, your shopping cart will get extra scrutiny. On one occasion, I had 8 items and my stuff got moved around as if I was hiding something. The lady in front of me "a white lady" had half of a cart full and nothing was moved or touched. On the second occasion, the same exact thing happened. I had 12 items, and it was counted twice and moved around again. The white guy in front of me with more items than me was given the ok to move on after a short glance at his cart. Why is this going on? This happened at the BJ'S in Sarasota, FL

My first visit quickly became my last when I showed up to pick up my online order. They refused to load my order or to even help load my order. Antonio a so called manager was completely unhelpful and his behavior resulted in me canceling my BJ's membership and getting a refund. As a long term Sam's club amd Costco member I will not miss BJ's. After this terrible experience at BJ's I went online to Sam's club amd ordered the same item. Sam's offered free shipping saving me the effort of having to pick it up. Good bye BJ's

This was my first time at BJs and first there was No lights in parking lot at 7:00pm. I was scared to park there. Thank goodness there was a few light on the building that was working.
Then I go inside and I waited in line at customer service for 10 minutes, with out anyone even acknowledging me.
Once I got waited on, Robert did try and help matters by giving me a coupon price for the membership fee. Just was not a good experience at all. Maybe running to short on staff for a Friday night.

BJ's mask policy is for show only. Even the employees don't adhere to it. The person at the front door had her mask under her nose, as did several other employees working in the front. Others had their masks under their chin. Shoppers are allowed to remove theirs after entering the store. It's an unsafe place to shop.

BJ's is very convenient to my location and a good spot for basics. I have been a member for many years. Tires are a different story. I ordered 4 tires, on sale, very good price, for my vehicle. One tire was damaged from road debris and it was time to change all 4. I was told it would take 3 to 5 working days. It took all of that but only 3 tires came in. 2 were mounted and I was told the 4th tire should be in at any time. Never heard back. Well now we are heading into 3 week territory. 4th tire reordered after calling customer service at BJ's and assured that I was being prioritized for service, we'll see. If I had realized it was going to take this long, I would have gone somewhere else. Nice people working there just not very keen on service.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Going to BJ's since 1992. Forgot my membership card took 3 employees and a manager to try and find me. They kept asking am I sure I renewed my membership. Told them I did it over the phone they told me I did not. Long story short the manager also tried to tell me that it you can't renew over the phone. Eventually they found my membership. When I asked for the names to complain the manager wrote it down she ended up with an attitude and toss the pen down. She asked what can I do to make it up? I told her you tell me and of course she did nothing. I started to shop. I ended up putting back the items from my cart and only got my bagels. Refused to buy from them. Will never ever shop at this bjs again. The manager and the customer service people all need training in customer service ......

They employ bait-and-switch tactics for travel deals. I booked a cruise with BJ's Travel and was promised $500 of onboard credit. Well, I only received $200 of onboard credit. When I raised this with the cruise line, they said I needed to work it with BJ's, who booked the cruise. BJ's said that, since the cruise is over, they can't do anything about it. Time to switch wholesale clubs.
