I received excellent service from the Blue Dolphin car wash today. The manager went out of his way to address a special request and I was so appreciative. I asked him if I could get someone to help me finish scraping off a bumper sticker. I tried to do it myself at home but my bad back and breathing problem made it very difficult for me. I had the solution to give and offered to pay extra for the request. I will be back there soon because I don't see service like that very often, he turned me into a loyal customer!!

My wife got sticky mountain dew everywhere
I had to ask for a rag so I could get it off the windshield myself
This place is a craphole anymore

Sometimes I have needed to call attention to some places inside the car that got neglected.... cup holders or middle console, inside of windows, steering wheel and surrounding area

Their cleaning is passable, but they're really bad at windows. They are fast, though.

I have been going there forever and received great service. Now, it’s not good at all. I bought the most expensive cleaning and they did not wipe the inside well nor vacuumed well and when I showed them the sand and leaves in the carpet and seats they told me that’s all we do.
The change of ownership ruined the service. Bummer.

Great place for a quick wash. They even hand dry it at the end and put the extra shine. Don't forget to bring cash to tip your guy!
