Why is it everyone one of the ATMs BMO has is absolute garbage!? It doesn't matter which location you visit, the ATMs are always messed up. Deposit the same checks or cash every week, and sometimes it will accept it other times it denies it. Then you drive to another branch and deal with the same outcome.

I have my home mortgage loan with BMO Harris. Recently they switched management companies for the loan and a grueling 3-month horrible ordeal began. BMO started an escrow account (I never had one before) and bought insurance for the property. I have spent over 10 hours of my time, spoken to dozens of BMO Harris representatives and 3 months later I cannot get this problem resolved even though my home is a condo and I have given proof of insurance nearly a half dozen times. I asked the local branch manager Angela Murillo for help and over 2 weeks later I am still getting calls from the BMO collection agency saying I owe money (which I do not). I am told I must pay over $10K more than I owe until they straighten this mess out. I keep getting assurance that it will be corrected but 3 months later it is just lip service. It is the worst experience I have ever had with any bank in 30 years of being in business! I would look at getting a loan from a loan shark before I would trust BMO Harris Bank again.

This is one of the few branches that can handle cross border accounts very well, so I highly recommend them to anyone using BMO's cross-border services.

Bank tries to charge $10 to cash their own check. Typical big bank BS. Bank elsewhere because this place will try to bend you over.
