I had a very disappointing experience over the phone with Alba Tapia. Extremely sassy, when I asked to speak with her supervisor she claims she is the supervisor and there’s no one above her to transfer me to. Based on my terrible experience and how very rude she was, I will be closing my account ASAP. With so many good banking options, why would I keep any money at BMO.

Very caring and helpful staff. Always smiling faces. When going inside for an appointment the wait time is minimal.

Best terms of all the area banks I researched as respects respects ease of opening a checking account. Only a $25 deposit required. Do online statements and fee is waived. Other in NETWORK ATM fees waived. Professional and friendly people at this bank. They can explain the details.

I'm a snowbird so I thought it would be a good to have a local bank. I needed to do laundry and my neighbor recommended this bank. I went in and ask the teller for a roll of quarters. Was greeted warmly and she readily complied with my request. Sold, no hassle just friendly customer service. I then asked about opening a checking account. She responded professionally and alerted the appropriate person. The manager greeted me, introduced herself and explained a customer swap due to expertise and then introduced me to the person who would open my account. Again all professional and friendly. BEST PART - Most favorable terms of all the banks I researched in Bradenton. Low amount needed to open and maintain the account. Online statements waives the $2 monthly fee. Plus free use of other ATM's as long as it's part of a network which they clearly explained. Very pleased with my initial experience and don't expect things to change.
