Usually was easy in and out of this place but the one Spanish lady kept pushing me to get a credit card when I told her 3x I didn’t want one and my reasons and she went with it anyways. Very annoyed, and I won’t go to this branch anymore if she’s there.

I had a VERY complicated situation and the Roger’s Mn Bank employees & bank manager Kimberly found a fantastic solution in a very quick manor. She even called me after hours on a Friday to verify I got it and it would work! That just doesn’t happen much anymore. Thanks again everyone at that location & corporate headquarters ?

I have been trying to set up a wire transfer with another bank. They have correctly set up their end, you have not. I have tried to reach a person for two hours and am still waiting on hold. I have been a customer here for 30 years and will be canceling my account ASAP. Your service is non-existent.

Irina took the time to help me on the phone. She gave me some great advice on the phone. I need to fix my credit and I felt like she really cared. It is not easy to find someone to trust. I will definitely be visiting her soon.

Every time I come here, the people are rude, there is always some issue with what I need done, and they are uncooperative. I don't have these issues at the other branches. Just all around frustrating. I avoiding coming to this branch if I can

I absolutely love this bank. My wife and I have been with Harris bank for over 20 years, starting g when we lived in Chicago. This branch has been everything that banking should be. Courteous, knowledgeable, and intent on making the customer comfortable with every transaction. I have had nothing but a good experience with this branch.

The wonderful staff at this branch from the Manager Katherine to the teller Silvia and customer service reps Anthony and Jim I feel like I have my own personal banking staff that helps me run my small business everyday as smooth and efficient as possible. The excellent service provided is the old fashioned personal service that is not common anymore and is very refreshing. They make banking fun again. I highly recommend BMO Harris Lakewood Ranch for all your business and personal banking.

The team at the branch on Palmbrush in Bradenton has been outstanding, even during the challenges of COVID. I recently moved to FL and reached out to a couple of potential banks and was not impressed. I initially dealt with Anthony Robinson who worked to set up my accounts. He was so efficient and helpful and responsive. When I did not receive a promotion that I signed up for, he got his Mgr Katherine involved and she took care of it immediately. They exemplify what your bankers should be.

Like most people, especially transplants, I have dealt with a number of banks and invariably I return to Harris. I have been a customer for over 20 years. When I first moved to Lakewood Ranch, Harris had a minimal presence. However, now there are numerous locations. I have dealt with a number of staff members and found them to be polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Whether day to day business or personal banking or two loans, I was duly impressed with their efficiency. I highly recommend BMO Harris.

This 1 STAR rating is for the drive through banking they have at this location. It's terrible. They have 3 lanes.....One for card holders only......NO window that slides out with a friendly face helping you. This is the only bank of the many I have gone to in this area that does NOT have a slide out window, with good old fashioned Customer Service. I don't like this drive through at all........ people at the bank are great and call you by name when you go there.. BUT the height of the drive through machines that take the transactions from you to the bank are TERRIBLE! One lane has the machines VERY HIGH--suitable for large vans, pickup trucks and vehicles. The other one has the machines lower........in other words if a truck gets into the low machine line..they are stuck, and have to get out of their vehicle to even use the machine. Same way in the other lane if you are in a sports car, and happen to get in the other lane, you also have to get out of the car to even reach!!! the machine. THE LANES SHOULD BE MARKED--seems like an easy thing to do. "This lane suitable lane for Trucks, Vans, and SUVs." And the other lane should say: "This lane suitable for Motorcycles, Sport Cars, cars." This BMO HARRIS drive thru is very Customer NOT FRIENDLY!
