Recently had this company install two rooms of carpeting. Installers were horrible. They messed up and dented my floorboards, gauged my drywall and scratched our furniture while moving it. They also left trash and carpet fibers from their van in my driveway and in the road. Customer service was very lacking as well. AVOID!

My husband and I chose carpeting from Bob's Carpet on US 19 in New Port Richey. We had a positive experience from finding the right carpeting all the way through the installation. Ryan was the salesperson and he was professional and friendly. The installers arrived on time and went to work immediately. They had the furniture out the bedroom in no time and had removed the old carpeting and padding within minutes. The carpeting looks great and they cleaned up all excess carpeting and vacuumed the carpet very thoroughly. Moved all the furniture back into the bedroom. We have had two flooring jobs done by Bob's Carpet and each time were thoroughly satisfied with each installation. Save yourself time, money and aggravation and have Bpb's Carpet do your next flooring job, you will not be disappointed.

After visiting several stores my wife and I stopped by Bob’s Carpet on SR 70. We met with Mark who was patient, knowledgeable and helpful.
We decided on the perfect carpet for our master bedroom and within 2-3 weeks John and Sunday had installed our new carpet was installed beautifully.
Communication with Mark was exceptional and we couldn’t be happier with Mark, John , Sunday and Bob’s Carpet & Flooring!

I can't tell you enough how happy we are with the new Plantation window shutters, thank you so much for sorting that out for us. The whole process was so easy and installation was fast. They work well and make such a big visual difference. Awesome job.

Thank you so much JP for all your help to understand the best choice for carpeting in my two bedrooms. I never thought I would walk into a store and come out with my mind made up, carpeting ordered and a plan. I really appreciated JP working with me on timing of painters, etc. Very friendly and helpful. The men that came to install the carpeting were very friendly and helpful also. When it came time to begin shopping for new floors, we didn’t really know where to start - so many advertisements to analyze, so many vendors to consider. We were given a solid review of Bob’s through “a friend of a friend.” Following a little homework on our end, we arrived at Bob’s Carpet & Flooring in Brandon partly due to its long and successful history serving greater Tampa Bay. Peter took care of upon arrival - prompt and professional, eager to show us high quality LVP options. We left the store on our initial visit bound for home with samples in hand. The measurement process was quick and simple, followed by a no nonsense estimate & ordering process. Our installers, Renato & Marcos, did a fantastic job with both flooring and newly installed mouldings. In fact, we were so impressed with the quality or product and install, we ordered more for our Master Suite. We highly recommend Bob’s Carpet & Floor for your next home project - we’ll use them again for sure! Ask for Peter! :)

We went in to Bobs in Venice and met with a fantastic lady named Serena. We wanted to replace builder grade carpeting with laminate in our bedrooms. She recommended some flooring that was within our budget. When we had signed the contract we said we are off to find some rugs and she suggested remnants that would be bound on the edges as rugs. We found some for a great price. To top it off the installers of the laminate flooring brought the rugs when they did the installation. Oh, these guys were fantastic. They were here about 5 hours to do two rooms. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. We couldn’t be happier.

I have shopped Bob’s for over 40 years until now! The woman working there has been more than useless. Sat in her chair yelling what are we interested in, and took her time looking up prices of things we were NOT interested in. We left and returned a week later hoping to catch the manager to no avail. The same woman who was useless AGAIN!! Very disappointed!! Bob’s Carpet just lost me as a customer. This woman needs to be replaced.

The carpet is beautiful and the installers were terrific. They took beds down and put them back when the carpet was installed. Would recommend Bob's Carpet to anyone looking for quality carpet at a great price and wonderful customer service.

We had occasion to buy new flooring (some wood-look laminate and some carpet) recently, and we fortunately went to Bob’s Carpet and met Serena Estes, as associate there! Serena had endless patience for our multitude of questions, and for us periodically changing our mind about the color or style of the flooring. She also lugged samples out to our new house at least twice as we stewed about which style and color was best! Serena was fun to work with, most professional, and extremely helpful to us. If you need flooring, go see Serena, you will br so glad!

Mike was very helpful in picking out the right flooring for my house. He is always quick to respond to any questions and yesterday when I saw the new floors installed, I was ecstatic! They look beautiful and the installers did the entire house in about six hours. Amazing!
