For a store that is somewhat smaller than the average sized Barnes & Noble stores, Books A Million has an excellent selection of books and genres to choose from. I went in to gain information on how and to which department to reach out to regarding getting my book posted on their website for online sales. The gentleman at the Customer Service desk was very helpful and answered my questions clearly and concisely. After the exchange he allowed me to keep my copy of my book at the desk until I was finished browsing the store looking at what they had to offer across the spectrum of literature, novelties, and gaming. Needless to say I will return soon as a buying customer. Thank you Books A Million for your choices and professionalism, I genuinely appreciate it.

I don’t like the remodel at all personally. The customer service was very good though. Just make sure to cancel the magazine subscription if they convinced you to sign up for it, apparently it’ll automatically charge the card you used at checkout if you don’t.

Almost, the shelving was like good no messes no anything perfect but the storage it’s kind of bad. I trying to search for a book for almost about 30 minutes. I asked the workers they said that they have in stock they told me to go to aisles that are different from each other find the book, but I didn’t find it so that’s why I rated this three stars.

Still a great and well sized store, hadn’t made myself away they no longer do coffees or teas and that’s ok me.. slightly disappointed but the remodel looks very clean and well done.Selection is great and employees too younger girls blonde and brunettes both with glasses were warm with greetings and making it known help was only an ask away.Glad this place is still here, saves me the drive to dreaded Barnes!

I never leave poor reviews. And I give feedback to managers because you can't change what you don't know right? Sad. Gave them 3 visits. Not friendly or helpful. I won't be renewing. I really don't understand why asking appreciate questions is like pulling teeth!

Great store. I could spend all day in it. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will order it and have it shipped to your home.

I walked in 8/8/23 and found out Books A Million does not sell movies anymore. I was disappointed I was told I’m gonna have to shop on Amazon now from an employee. Looks like I will never go back. Luckily for me, Barnes & Noble still sells movies they will get my business.

My brother was in the bathroom and one of the staff yelled at him for taking too long when he was in there for only 2 minutes plus the guy was in a bad attitude and was rude to all of us

I was quite pleased with this store. They have up to date books and magazines. The area was marked well with children section, fiction, games, etc. Store was clean and easy to move around. The sales clerk greeted us on arrival and offered assistance. They buy back used in good shape books and resell them at an affordable price. I find spending $30 on a new book is too much for my purse strings especially when I can purchase an E book cheaper. Some of the new books had 30 and 50 percent discounts as well. The only negative I have is getting in and out of the parking lot is limited in the direction you can go. It is located at a very busy intersection. I definitely will be coming back.
